Very accommodating staff

The property was in a good location for me, across the street from bus stop / tube station. It was clean, with friendly staff and has a restaurant and Uber services in the lobby (great for those without an account). The hallways were nice and the rooms feature internal electrical switches for "make up room" / "do not disturb" with relevant colors showing on the lighted room numbers outside the room - although simple, this is a really nice, sensible approach. There were also two lifts, which was convenient. Although I had a small windowless room, this did not bother me too much as the TV was good. I would have liked to have a kettle and possibly a microwave in the room, which contained only an expresso maker.

Easy to travel into London. Did the job and the staff were really helpful.

This is not in Shoredich it's in Bethnal Green. Our room has no windows which initially freaked us out but quickly realized it was a blessing as our room was quiet and cool for sleeping in. Handy and close to the tube into the city centre.

The hotel room was clean and bright. It wasn’t claustrophobic at all and the bed was comfortable. It was in Bethnel Green area which feels quite safe and super close to the tube station.

Nice hotel close to everything you need

The male staff were very helpful and kind, always there to assist. We had an issue with the condition of the first room, as it smelled like rotten water, and 2 days into our trip there was water coming out from under the floorboards. We were moved to another room thankfully, but that first room should not be available until the issues are fixed and cleaned (we saw new guests staying shortly after).

Lovely hotel, stayed there for a festival in Victoria park. Only 15 minute walk. Really good shower, clean room, comfy bed. Only downside is that there was no window in our room.

Ticks all the boxes for a quick overnight stay.

The experience was great ! Really close to the underground and had great food options nearby. It was comfortable and the king size bed was great 👍 the shower head perfect and toilet excellent 👍 the staff was excellent and kind. Definitely would recommend

Great location and a lovely hotel and team

When we arrived I felt the welcome was underwhelming and my booking for b&b was questioned as I was asked pay for breakfast. I had to tell the person at the desk several times that I had booked throgh Hotel.com and I had already paid for breakfast. He asked me to prove it and I spent time searching for the receipt and then he found it on his system and agreed without apology.
The room was very small, with a good shower and air con but no windows or hanging space. The ensuite was also very small with very little turning space. It did the job for us as we only needed it for one night, but it really was for only 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast was fine, with a limited choice.

Handy for the festival I was working at

nice hotel - good for what you need but the rooms needed better cleaning - lots of dust around.
shower was really good - powerful and room comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

This property is exactly what you need in terms of location and amennities, BUT noise levels are ridiculous. Guest should be told to be curtious when arriving back and TV volumes should be controlled. I get we are in a young hip part of town, but the place was too noisy late at night and even when i arrived.
