Pros:

Peu cher ! Bon rapport qualité prix.
Très propre et pratique.
Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Les chambre sont un peu trop climatisées.
Comme il y a des espaces communs à côté des chambres, le bruit peut être dérangeant.
Et obligation de marcher un moment dans une grosse circulation pour rejoindre des restaurants ou endroits de la ville à visiter (ou de prendre un Grab)

They got fresh paint on my bag & did not take accountability. Otherwise, nice to check out once.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. Interesting concept, something unique to try out once. You need a QR code for EVERYTHING. Good if you want privacy and a comfy stay. The speakers are super bare minimum though and the chances of you using all the colorful lights are most likely low. It'll give you a headache.

They have discounted rates for long stays.

Cons:

The security outside said there is no place to keep our bags pre-checkin however, the front counter inside said there was eventually. We left our bags with the guard which he then insisted we give him a good online review (??) So it happens, they were doing paint work outside as well and the guard got fresh paint sprinkled all over my bag when I retrieved it. The security guard did not apologize or cared, we complained to the front desk and but neither parties were willing to be accountable for all the miscommunication and the damages to my bag.
