The staff were friendly and the facilities and room were great
The bathroom was a bit odd. Small the shower over bath the shower head was too low at its highest it only went up to my shoulder and every shower it would basically flood the bathroom from the over spray. Also not enough towels provided and no face cloths.
Very convenient to all surroundings but not noisy at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful with well spoken English plus well grooming very professional. We extended our stay to 14 days instead 6 days as original plans.

Duży przestronny, nowoczesny pokój z aneksem. Wygodne łóżko, dobra pościel i ręczniki. Bardzo czysto, wszystko działało dobrze, winda bez kolejek, siłownia i malutki basen na dachu. W pokoju cicho, przy zamkniętym oknie nie było słychać hałasu z ulicy. Bardzo dobre bufetowe śniadanie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Śniadanie od godz. 6.30, jeśli ktoś ma wycieczkę rano, to zdąży jeszcze coś zjeść. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Miłym gestem były ciasteczka w pokoju na powitanie. Do centrum bardzo blisko. Obok dużo ciekawych i nowoczesnych kawiarni.
Przydałoby się więcej leżaków przy baseline.

Had previously stayed at this property when it was Citadines. Enjoyed it thoroughly back then, and so I was a bit worried to discover it had changed owners. My concerns were unfounded, as the staff were excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and even the breakfast was very good.
