We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and very convenient. The location is fairly good, it was too hot to walk but it is so easy to catch a scooter ride every where and any where. There are alot of cafes and coffee shops right within the vicinity. And right next door is the BEST pizza restaurant!! The gym was clean, the pool was deep and all the staff were super lovely!! We would definitely stay here again
We didn’t have any problems, but if we were to be picky, maybe a couple of extra seats at the pool, otherwise, we liked everything:)

Clean and tidy lobby as well as room! Staff were very kind and helpful with every enquiry, no matter how small - from booking your grabs to pointing out directions to ATMs. Combined with a spacious and comfortable room, the stay was as enjoyable as it could be without breaking the bank!
Location was great for exploring cultural side of Saigon. However, slightly further from the central area where most tourists would like to go.
Beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is a good size and the room was very spacious - we had stayed at 3 hotels in Vietnam before arriving at TRitz and regret the ratings I gave the others because TRitz definitely set the bar high. The staff were awesome too very nice and welcoming.
The price of laundry was pretty steep for Vietnam and it was self service so didnt understand why it was so steep.

The bin area underneath the kitchen sink had a nasty smell when you open the cabinet.
I really believe this place deserves a 5 star. First it’s located what I feel is a great spot. It’s quiet enough at night time for deep sleep and still have a few local places for food and beer. Access to coffee shops and banks was a huge plus.Let me start off with the room, it’s a very good size and plenty of closet space. It even has a good size fridge, small kitchen style sink, microwave and a hot plate if you even wanted to cook. Which i doubt anyone would want to maybe to heat up something. The bathroom is really sweet with an actual door not like most of the typical Asian hotels. What i cant comment is the pool, it was way too hot to enjoy but it seems “useable” 😬 The hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways and rooms were very clean, not dark or dingy. I really had a great time traveling to and from this hotel location to all the spots I went to.

Clean and comfortable. Good location and an incredible spa next door.
A little expensive for Vietnam but was very happy with it.
