A lovely calming one night experience
Pros:

A really lovely relaxing one night stay. Our highlight was meeting Layla herself who owns the hotel and her gorgeous family. Room was large and spacious with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Everything felt welcoming and calm. Pool area was stunning and loved the swim up bar concept. Food was nice. The restaurant at dinner- the set up by the pool was stunning, lovely touch that you could book on arrival. Welcome drink was also a lovely opening experience.

Cons:

We would have likely spent more time at the swim up bar but took quite some time to get a drink as the one bar tender was also doing other duties. Similar story for dinner- it just felt like it needed more staff and a bit of organisational polish.
The restaurant for dinner- firstly the set up by the pool was stunning. But the one waiter had to try to explain the menu to every table as it wasn’t divided into starters or main courses but just land, sea and Meat. This then translated somehow into small portions of everything even the so called bigger items. The €30 tenderloin was requested rare but came as medium- and none of the bigger dishes like this had sides, nor were there any sides you could order? The taste of all the food however was lovely -and well presented. Bizarre concept overall that slightly missed the mark but we kept it to ourselves thinking perhaps we were the problem?!

Great potential - don't go before high season
Pros:

Rooms were really nice. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

We arrived before the high season and still payed a lot of money for our stay. However nothing was open when we were there. No pools. No restaurant. No Bar. Nothing to do but get taxis to the nearby town. The beach was filthy and looked like a construction site. The staff were lovely but it simply wasn't the relaxing getaway we wanted.

Relaxation, Comfort, Beautiful.
Pros:

first of all, staff were amazing. Tanya is the best, she helped us through everything we need, such as transportation to the marina of Gocek and airport, which is important because there is no public/private transportation in that area of the city. Food was remarkable. for anyone who's animal friendly, adults only, relaxation. Layla hotel is the place.

Mostly relaxing
Pros:

Very relaxed vibe, staff were helpful, mostly very quiet due to the location - away from town centre

Cons:

Taxi to centre of town quite expensive
Main poo/bar always had music sometimes too loud and inappropriate, the location was peaceful but spoiled by pool music- the 2nd pool was quiet

Pros:

Wonderful stay at Layla. It's a beautiful place, 2 very nice pools, one of the best stocked hotel gyms I've ever used, a sauna. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfasts were very generous. Amazing value as well

Pros:

Felt like a beautiful oasis. Great options to unwind and relax. Delicious breakfast, fantastic dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Ersoy and And made us feel welcome and special the entire time. Helpful at answering all questions.

Truly not what it appears, property is in disrepair and dirty

Cons:

staff are very awkward and not cooperative. Stand over people for 5 star google reviews. Beach track is horrible, the public beach also has an outfall for public water making unit unsafe to swim. No cocktails on site, no wine list, rooms were filthy dirty.

Super gastvrij, vriendelijk locatie, verrukkelijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Het personeel was geweldig. We kregen een zeer gastvrij onthaal. Niks was te veel.
Het eten en drinken was formidabel.
De jus d’orange werd geperst van verse sinaasappels, het ontbijt bestond uit huisgemaakte producten en een schaal met vers fruit kregen we aangeboden aan het zwembad. De locatie vlakbij bij de zee was geweldig

Het pad naar de zee en het strand bij de zee lag bezaaid met plastic.
We adviseren een schoonmaakactie.

Made us feel at home
Pros:

I chose Layla to spend my birthday & baby moon and couldn’t be happier about it! The place feels like paradise and service felt super homey and personalised. Tanya was really helpful when I asked for her support in organising a photoshoot and Ersoy made every breakfast and dinner feel extra special. We will never forget the days spent at Layla!

Areál hotela bol skutočne výnimočný, všade obrovské palmy a veľa zelene, krásne bazény, škoda že nebolo počasie na kúpanie, zvieratá v areáli hotela boli perfektné a veľmi priateľské, personál hotela bol veľmi ochotný a veľmi priateľský☺️ musím veľmi pochváliť pracovníka na raňajkách Arsoy… jeho práca bola na vysokej úrovni … posteľ a matrac bola perfektná

V kúpeľni bol mierny zápach, asi niečo s kanalizáciou… na raňajkách nám chýbal nejaky ovocný džús keďže všade naokolo sa pestujú pomaranče, izby by potreboli menšiu renováciu lebo niektoré kusy nábytku boli mierne opotrebovane
