Güzeldi sadece odada priz bulamadım

Absolutely wonderful stay. I have booked it for my father and his stay was a bliss. Friendly stuff, immediate attendance to all your additional needs, cleanness to another level. Very close proximity to the city centre and the location itself is phenomenal, looking towards a stunning valley. Trabzon is a beautiful city and the Zağnospaşa Trabzon took its beauty to another level, highly recommend!

Everything is poor except the garden view

1.Security problem - This hotel is composed of 3 houses. Everyone outside can get into because there's no security check or gate door. The main door of the house we stayed was ruined that we couldn't lock. There're many CCTV in the hotel but no staff staying to monitor the screen. We always found all staff chilled and smoked outside the restaurant. The restaurant was used for banquet, so it was very noisy. During our stay, many guests of the banquet came to the houses which made us feel very uncomfortable and dangerous! It's 15 mins walking distance to Meydan but we didn't walk because the surrounding areas are very quiet and dark after evening.

2. Poor service - smoking is not allowed in the houses but we always saw people doing so even it was at night. Although we had complained to the staff, the situation was not improved. We asked staff to call a taxi to the airport at 4pm on the next day. Since they can't communicate in English, we intentionally left a verbal message supported by a written one. But we were surprised that the staff woke up us at 4am!

3. Destroyed and old facilities - I felt very disappointed because the furniture and renovation were very old. The door of the washroom was destroyed. Our package includes breakfast but the quality and variety are poor. The restaurant was dirty and they never cleaned the dining tables after use.

The room charge was much higher than the hotels nearby. It's not worthy to stay

Leider haben wir nicht das reservierte Zimmer bekommen dies haben wir Ebookers auch gemeldet. Der versprochene Gutschein wurde bis anhin noch nicht übermittelt.

Zürück zur Unterkunft, eine Reinigung hat am zweiten Tag nicht stattgefunden. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dies hätten melden müssen!

Die Lage des Hotel ist gut, Parkplätze hat es genügend.
Einfaches Frühstück, aber gute Qualität.

الفندق قريب جدا من الاسواق.
الفندق ايضا به قاعة حفلات مشغولة دوريا تقريبا كل يومين بالاسبوع.. وتكون هناك موسيقى ورقص حتى الساعة العاشرة ليلا تقريبا.
فطور الصباح جيد، والعمال جدا لطفاء

Çok güzel bir konaktı, karşısında surlar var. Merkeze yürüme 5 dakikada varılıyor. Otelde arabamızı konağın kapısına koyabileceğimizi söylediler. Girişte karşılayan beyefendi çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Herşey gayet güzeldi. Oda çok temiz değildi, o yüzden kahvaltıyı da orada yapmak istemedik. Alt katında düğün salonu gibi bir yer var. Düğüne denk gelmemek için önceden sormakta fayda var.

Çok sıkışık oda, bavulunuzu koyacak ve açacak bir yer yok, banyo planlaması sıkışık ve çok kötü, yeriden oynayan lavabo bataryası, neredeyse monte edilirken kırılmış olması muhtemel bir tuvalet.
Resepsiyonda çalışan genç arkadaşların ilgisi ve güler yüzleri olmasa, ne yapacağmızı herhalde bilemezdik. Hotels.com kuruluşunun aracılık ettiği otelleri denetlemediği kararım giderek kesinleşiyor.

Kaldığımız 2 gün düğün vardı otelmi düğün salonumu anlayamadık klima ve sohben arızalı idi

Eski Trabzon evi tarzında binası ve tarihi bir bölgede olması nedeniyle tercih ettim..Ortalama ihtiyaca cevap veren bir butik otel..

The hotel and staff were amazing, the rooms were very nice, everything worked as expected (including the wifi!!)

VERY GOOD HOTEL

Nice staff, clean place, about 15 minutes from "meydan" on foot.
You could be surprized by weddings organized there, but it ends at about 11 p.m.

la struttura è in posizione centrale per visitare il centro di trabzon. la gestione è turca ed in linea con quello che si trova nell'area. corrisponde poco ai parametri occidentali di qualità, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è favorevole

Historical mansions converted into a small hotel. Great location. Breakfast could be better...
