To didn’t work just kept pixelating.
Other than that clean comfortable room.

Usually no issues and always great but this time there was mold everywhere in the bathroom, along the silicone, ceiling and the bathroom door, the extraction fan didn’t work, then the bedroom, there was cobwebs in the corner, dust all along the bed board and bedside lights, there was even a dead bug on top of the other bed.
This is the first time I’ve had to endure something like this and I can’t believe it happened as all my other stays the room has been clean, room 104.

Only two disabled blue badge bays, need at least double.
Room 218, had problems accessing the WiFi.

We stayed over for 2 nights as it was just down road from a wedding we went to.
Very handy.
Great pub nx door.
Just off service stop so other food options.
Had to wait for a while to get booked in as it’s the same staff as pub,and they were busy with customers in bar and restaurant.
Other than that it was comfortable and clean.
Plenty of parking

A very quiet and comfortable night. Check in and out were both hassle free and breakfast was excellent with unlimited coffee.

The pub staff were very rude and we were told there was over an hours wait for food.Also the postcode did not exist on satnav.

The hotel and pub is a good stop off however they need to fix thier door card reader. We went through 4 cards as they wouldn’t work, and every time someone was infront of me at reception saying the same thing. Also if you book through Expedia be careful, as they don’t make up the room for kids as I was told by reception it doesn’t come though to them on the booking. Not the best time to switch rooms at 10pm after a long travel and no beds made up for the kids.

Very helpful staff.
Unfortunately the place is too popular and very understaffed, most of the time one person at the bar taking food and drinks orders and they just cannot cope.
The young chef on the carvery deserves a medal for his dedication and composure under such great pressure.
The hotel side is standard chain fare, but offers excellent value for money.
Our second visit and we will probably return in the future.

First time with this brand and would definitely be using again

The hotel section was clean and good quality.
The pub section was not so clean (sticky tables etc) although the toilets were spotless.

Great food choices, had the gyros flatbread

Bed was comfortable room was clean ,mastic around window was terrible and out side window sill could do with a clean

Everything you need for a short stay

The room was clean and well appointed with all the equipment that we required for our stay.

Booked it thinking it was a different hotel. Was ok clean and tidy but expensive for what it was. Food in the pub was good bar very busy. I recommend ordering from the App as much quicker service than bar. Air conditioning in the room much welcome as very warm and opening a window produced a lot of noise from outside as by the main road. It was ok for 1 night .
