Pros:

Tutaj nie ma innego wyjścia. Będąc na przepięknym, nieskomercjalizowanym i pysznym El Hierro trzeba tam poprostu spać. Polecam pokój w samym hotelu który jest w miejscu kapitalnym. Apartament jest przestronniejszy, ma super taras ale jest troszeczkę cofnięty, co w tym przypadku oznacza brzeg oceanu, a nie wpuszczony w niego stary port. Parking wygodny , właściciele bardzo pomocni (pozdrawiamy). Śniadania niesztampowe, 30 metrów od hotelu restauracja.

Die Lage ist einmalig, auf einer Klippe im Meer. Das führt natürlich zu entsprechenden "Nebengeräuschen" der Natur, die man mögen muss. Zimmer sehr klein, aber funktional ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr gut, ist jedoch immer um 9 Uhr.

Die Innenräume vermitteln den Eindruck eines Schiffahrtsmuseum aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit übertriebenen Ausstattungsdetails chinesischer Produktion, z.B. einfache Plastikmülleimer mit batteriebetriebenen Öffnungen, batteriebetriebene Schlösser, die auf Kontakt nur unzuverlässig reagiert haben. Dekoartikel,
Restaurant war geschlossen, Barbetrieb eingeschränkt und teuer (0,1 l Glas Wein 9 Euro).

Unique and characterful hotel in an idyllic situation. Owner not "user friendly".

Cons:

No dinner option - the fabulous restaurant was one of the features on the hotel website that led us to book.

We were offered an upgrade to a bigger and more attractive room, which we accepted after negotiation of an additional charge of 200 Euros. At checkout the management sought to charge 300 Euros under threat of police involvement should we decline. After some heated discussion the owner raised his voice and showed us the door in no uncertain terms. 300 Euros has been charged to my credit card.

Todo el servicio estuvo de diez, pero especialmente el momento del desayuno era todo un lujo y muy conceptual, lleno de sabores, con una atención personalizada e inmejorable y entorno inigualable
