Enttäuscht in Comacchio

Erwartet hatten wir wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt, ein Restaurant und einen auch am Abend besetzten Empfang. Beides war leider nicht vorhanden. Das Hotel war verschlossen und leer. Unser Schlüssel 🔑 war an einem Platz versteckt, wo jeder Einbrecher schauen würde und es gab noch einen zweiten dort für andere Gäste. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Mineralwasser. So mussten wir nach mehrstündiger sehr anstrengender Fahrt hungrig ins Bett gehen. Die Betten sind extrem hart. Die Toilette war nicht sauber geputzt.

I made a reservation for a room for 2 adults and a 16-year-old adolescent, but the owner unfairly levied an additional 52 euros for a cramped room furnished with three dated beds. Not only did this situation feel like a swindle orchestrated by the owner, who clearly abused their authority, but the uncomfortable beds also resulted in back pain. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.”

Great for families and pet friendly.
Pros:

It is an excellent place for family vacations. Clean, safe, and close to the beaches and restaurants. The personnel is friendly and helpful. They have their own parking. You even might have personalized service: when my fife asked for boiled eggs, they were at her table all upcoming days. They are very friendly to pets! Highly recommended.

Cons:

The breakfast is good, however, adding some fresh vegetables would improve it. Sound isolation in the room might be better, but it does not affect an overall quality of the service.
