Pros:

The hotel owner was very nice and helpful. He allowed us to leave our luggage there from early morning until the night because we took a bus in the midnight. Walking distance to Clock Tower and Hadrian's Gate. 24/7 reception. Just some minutes walking to a tram station, where you can go directly to Perge. The room had a washing machine but there was not kitchenware/kitchen utensils. The hotel locates in a small lane, behind a big street, so you may have to look for it.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen voller Bettwanzen und habe nach einer Stunde das Hotel verlassen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr Nett aber die Hygiene Zustände eine Katastrophe wir müssten unsere Kalmotten von einem Gepäck komplett waschen lassen. Dazu müßten wir ein anderes Hotel für viel Geld nehmen das mit 2 Kindern um 4 Uhr Nachts.

Nice calm and quiet place after rushing whole day. Restaurant at the door was bonus facility.
Pros:

Stuffs were so friendly.
Location was close to tourist centre still secluded.

Disappointing
Pros:

The stuff was very friendly, and they managed to help us with every query that we had.

Cons:

First irritating this was the fact that we were unable to find the property due to incorrect location on Booking, still there is no precise location provided.
Since we had no internet connection and we couldn't contact the property directly, we were trying to ask people around the provided location to find the hotel, but no-one knew that place.
Then it seemed that the property was located under a different signature. Very strange...
Half of the listed room amenities were not provided. It makes no sense having a kitchen in the room without any kitchen amenities.
Lastly, the worst thing was the fact that we got a no window apartment, actually there was a window with a view to nowhere. There were no smoking signs around the facilities, but we could smell cigarettes around property as well in our room and we couldn't get rid of the smell due to no window.

A budget hotel
Pros:

This hotel looks like a very old hotel that was renovated. The facilities are too old. The rooms that you see in the pictures are not the same. The room was very loud and noisy. All the doors and lock needs to be replaced. The good thing about the hotel was the location was good and the owner was very good and helpful. There was no breakfast option and car parking is available.
