The hotel was extreemly disappointing
Pros:

The food was very good. The running of the hotel was a farce. We booked a disabled room. No walk in shower. Went back to reception, the lady said that no rooms had a walk in shower!!. After returning the following day, we found all our belongings had been packed up and put in an office!! Why? Because the people booked into that room, should have left!!
Perhaps, someone should have realised a mistake had been made. We were given the disabled room, with walk in shower. However, there were no shelves for clothes, just a small hanging rail. No where in the bathroom to put toiletries, except the floor! The bathroom was freezing and the tv didnt work! When we left the room we found the key card lock didnt work, even though it had been looked at previous to us having the room. That was the final straw, so we asked to move back to our previous room. We were given another similar room, which was better, but you could not adjust the thermostat for the heating. Although, we would have had it warmer, I didnt want complain again, so put up with it! The hotel was separate to the restaurant and so had to keep going across the carpark, in order to speak to someone. Nathan, the manager did try to sort things out and we got a couple of free drinks and 50% off the evening meal, but, I do not agree with all our things being packed up, why couldnt they wait until we returned! The hotel seems to be suffering from wear and tear, the disabled room is room is ridiculous. Some disabled people need space for more equipment not less.

Cons:

See above. I hope my comments there will be accepted, even though I put them in the wrong space. I would like my comments to be passed on to Marstons. I would gladly give them my opinions, if I can find where to send them.
