Comfortable, ckean and convenient
Pros:

Large clean room. Good sound dampening. Ensuite bathroom with a bath. Comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking

Cons:

The way the bath/shower controls worked was a bit of a puzzle. The light on the stairs was movement activated but would turn off quickly.. the sides of the bath were high and the doors heavy

Overall, the facilities were well presented, the location was convenient, and the food was great. Free parking was brill
Pros:

Having the rooms set away from the pub was great - convenient for meals in the restaurant, but quiet away from any general pub noise. It was also easy to find, and easy to reach other places from.
The staff were lovely. Check in was a breeze, everything was explained well and the rooms were generally clean and well ordered.

Cons:

Although the room was booked and set up for three adults, only two sets of glasses / cups and teaspoons were provided, which was a little inconvenient. It would also have been handy to have more than one key card.
Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to have a couple more pillows. We also have difficulty using the television.

Excellent place to stay and good value.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and accessible ie. on ground floor (due to my friend needing a wheelchair at the minute). Plenty of parking. Well signed and staff were helpful and pleasant. Quiet location despite being on the main road between Hornsea and Bridlington (about 5 - 10 minutes from Bridlington town centre).

Cons:

The coat hook on the bathroom door was a touch low and kept banging my elbow/arm but that needs siting somewhere else on door or putting on the wall.

Two night break
Pros:

Plenty of free parking outside of the accomodation with the pub directly across the car park offering good value for money.
Very comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities

Cons:

Room was abit cold and we couldn't work out the heating, although once in bed it was warm enough with the provided bedding

Did the job. May seem a bit remote from beach, but easy to get in and out of town as on outskirts.
Pros:

Well presented and staff attentive

Cons:

Breakfast bar bit small if a couple of people trying to choose cereal, toast etc

Good for Bridlington Spa
Pros:

Walkable to Bridlington Spa, sea front and town centre. Quiet location. Comfy room. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Didn't eat in the pub restaurant but had a couple of drinks. Expensive compared to other pubs in Bridlington.
