Sweet, beautiful sweet with great linen and towels. The breakfast was sumptuous. We had a beautiful view of the mask and the city of Casablanca.
They didn’t have filtered coffee for breakfast.

The Behavioure of staff specially Ms Nabila. she had very abusive behaviour towards me .
she accused me damaging the Towel. even though I have explained it was the Shampo Reaction , suuplied by hotel. to my hair coloure. which left Marks on 10 yesrs old towel.She was charging DHR 1050 , to replace the towel and Pillowo cover. at the end she charged DHR700
which is totally unacceptable.
I have been their customer for last 10years. There treatment to me like this , shows total un professional attitutde.
I have asked her to give me her full Name but she refused. Also she dint let me speak to Manager. I will never go to this Hotel again
They joined 2 single beds to amke one bed and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Also Windows were not sound proof. you can hear trafic and tram sound all the time . which do not let you sleep. Marks on Rug. tiles. Damaged light.
Beds were joinned infront of Electric Sockets you cant charge your phone and when you need to turn light off, you need to lift bedding to switch off. Very big Fire risk issue in the room.
I demand full Refund of my stay and will complain to morrocon Authorities.

Petit déjeuner pas terrible pour un 5etoiles et lit canapé pas confortable du tout et aucune couette et housse de fournie.

Les pluss: suite spacieuse, lit confortable
Les moinss: kitchenette inutile, douchette de douche qui fuyait, micro-onde qui ne réchauffe pas les aliments et malgré le prix du petit déjeuner lorsque j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir une omelette au fromage, on m'a demandé de payer un supplément
Staff was friendly and very engaged. Room was clean and all the amenities were there. Bathroom was clean and well equiped.
For me, the only real reasons for a hotel are a bed, breakfast, and a shower.
The bed was not much better than sleeping on the floor. I had to double fold half of the duvet to sleep on, folding the other half over myself. I slept on the couch afterwards. The noise was maddening from all the cars honking. I was on the 9th floor and all I could hear till after midnight was honks. Breakfast was mediocre, the coffee machine spat something out that resembled coffee in appearance alone, the taste was like licking a tire. At least there was tea.

The staff was very welcoming and even protective of us as we were newcomers to Morocco. The room was well appointed. The shower had great water pressure.
