Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement c’est certain !
Pros:

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Malhonnêteté des réceptionnistes qui n’ont pas attribué les chambres réservées! Le type de chambre pour notre groupe ne correspondait pas et finalement ils ont modifier 2 chambres sur les 5 réservées parce que nous avons insisté !
Ils ont fait payé la taxe de séjour à la dernière personne partie pourtant j’avais tout réglé la veille et donc ça devait être inscrit!!! J’ai le reçu en plus!
Les oreillers sont durs comme du béton! Les salles d’eau sont très vieilles et moisies
Des odeurs d’égouts dans certaines chambres
Pas d’eau chaude de manière régulière Pas de bagagiste quand vous partez tôt le matin! Même pas d’aurevoir personne à l’accueil !

J'ai choisi mon offre sur Booking parce que c'était mentionné étage supérieur, malheureusement nous étions au 4ème étage, la vue depuis la chambre c'est tout ce qui comptait pour moi

تاخير في الرد من الإستقبال بمعني لا احد يجيب على الاتصال إلا بعد اكثر من 3 مرات وايضاً مثلا أنا حجزت 6 ليالي الماء في الغرفه علبتان صغار فقط إذا طلبت من الاستقبال يريد ان ادفع ايضاً الماء عادة في اكثر الدول بدون بمبلغ الزبون وشكرا
