1. All facilities are excellent except the one point. Which is the studio or the kitchen no any facilities like Plates , Spoons, knifes actually all the desk drawer free without any things it is empty... This is very important things in the kitchen. And also this Hotel Rated 5 stars, ..

The rooms weren’t soundproof
The manager was mean and rude when asked about one of the elevators which was not working. Other than that the rest of staff at reception were nice and friendly.
