La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, y la alberca, pequeña pero rica.

Cons:

Pros:

The staff was exceptional at all times from check-in, to check-out and in between. We were there during the shut-down due to the cartel capture and the staff and establishment made us feel comfortable and safe.

Our international retreat at beautiful Hotel Puerta San Pedro exceeded my most hopeful expectations.
Pros:

Our group of 25 (coming together from the US, Canada, Colombia, Peru and Mexico) booked the entire hotel for ourselves for a week-long choral workshop. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and gave us a lot of leeway in how we used the common spaces. The location is wonderful: close to anything we wanted to see/restaurants to eat in, yet feeling out-of-the way and non-touristic—and quiet. The hotel was designed by one of the owners and we could tell that everything in the building was deliberately posed to create a soothing and beautiful whole.

Cons:

We liked it all.

Underneath the bed needs more attention. A lot of dust, nothing a quick sweep won't fix. The safe wasn't operational.

Satisfactoria y cálida.

Su personal es muy amable y siempre tienen una sonrisa. Me gustó el hotel estilo colonial, y la ubicación.

Cons:

Necesita mantenimiento y un poco más de atención en el servicio porque el gel para ducha no funcionaba. También nos cambiamos de habitación porque había un ruido constante, creo de la pastilla donde están los swichtes de la luz, que no nos dejó dormir. La tolla para manos y cara estaban muy pequeñas y viejitas, en las dos habitaciones que estuvimos. En el desayuno no hay variedad de huevos al gusto, solo huevos pochados en los 3 desayunos que hicimos.

Emplacement idéal, tout était accessible à pied. Le personnel était très professionnel et accueillant. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables. De plus, les tours opérateurs proposés venaient nous chercher directement à l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique.

Cons:

nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le petit déjeuner inclus, et avons donc préféré aller le prendre en ville les autres jours.

Sweet hotel with a sweet staff. Very Mexican and very authentic.
Pros:

Service was great and the staff seemed very caring. Nice breakfast and pool. It was a little bit of a walk to the central location, but not too bad.

Our room was close to the street so there was some street noise at night.
