Pros:

El desayuno es súper bueno! Muy variado. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Destaco la atención del personal tanto en recepción y restaurante quienes estan siempre dispuestos a apoyarte. Muchas gracias!

Cons:

Quizás, como recomendación, que hubiera una botella de agua en la habitación de bienvenida eso facilita mucho cuando uno llega del aeropuerto cansado. Y colocar algunos sobres de infusiones.

Adequate & clean. We were only in town for one night. I wouldn't want to have stayed here for a week

Room facilities were basic but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is OK.

Atendimento da recepcionista, no chek-in, atendente mal humorada, demorada, grosseira, também o recepcionista que a substituiu, no período da noite, MUITO PIOR, extremamente grosseiro, muito, (voltamos de nosso jantar, quando entramos e fomos até o refrigerador para pegar água, para levar a nosso quarto, o meu era o numero 04, o recepcionista em tom forte e grosseiro desferiu, NÃO PODE PEGAR, TEM QUE PAGAR PRIMEIRO, meu colega pegou 02 latas de cerveja e 2 copos, e ouviu, DEVOLVE LOS VASOS, NÃO PODE PEGAR, NÃO PODE PEGAR DEVOLVE, DEVOLVE, além disso, um absurdo R$ 20,00 por uma água. NÃO RECOMENDO E DEFINITIVAMENTO, NÃO REPETIREI TAL EXPERIÊNCIA...

Cons:

The hotel is quite old which for the most part isn’t an issue apart from all the appliances (AC, refrigerator,etc) in the room making lots of noise. The breakfast was mostly sweat good and once some food ran out they didn’t restock it anymore. The rooms could be cleaned better, especially the bathroom.

Pros:

La piscina excepcional, excelente atencion del personal, los desayunos perfectos.

Cons:

Deberian poner secadorres de pelo en las habitaciones, tuvimos que pedirlo 3 veces en recepcion.

Pros:

La chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée, le bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité de commander un taxi pour aller aux chutes directement dans le hall de l'hôtel où ils sont toujours 2. Nous avons eu affaire à Emilio, très sympathique.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu excentré et donc pas facile d'aller dans Puerto Iguazu et rentrer de nuit les rues sont sombres. Mais le resto de l'hôtel est bon.
