I would highly recommend staying there. The hotel staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern.
Pros:

I loved the location. It was near the plaza. Finding restaurants for lunch and dinner was so easy. Shipping was close by.

Pros:

Otel çalışanları çok tatlıydı ve nazikti. Oteldeki her şey çok yeni. Biraz oturması lazim düzenin. Sonra her şey cok daha güzel olacak belli ki. Aslında Lizbon'u gezmek için ideal bir lokasyon. (Her şeyin ortasında)

Cons:

Etraftaki evsizler çok büyük sorun. Zaten gündüz bağırıp duruyorlar ve gecede devam ediyorlar. Yalnız insanlar için korkutucu olabilir. Otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok elbette. Ve camları kapatınca ses yalıtımı hiç fena değil. Ama buna neden göz yumulduğunu anlamak mümkün değil!!!

Excellent Staff!!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. Love that it is a boutique hotel and rooms are so individually decorated. We stayed in September and rebooked for the last few days of our stay in Portugal. The front desk staff ( Luis, Sonia and another beautiful lady, she worked the afternoon/evening shift) were wonderful. The servers at the restaurant are great as well.

We highly reccommend this hotel, great location, staff and unique!

An incredible stay in the heart of LIsbon!
Pros:

My recent trip to Portugal was made even more special by this amazing hotel! The property itself is beautiful , the food was excellent, and the location couldn't be better-- right in the middle of the Rossio district, which is truly the heart of Lisbon.

But, what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Yaroslav, Helena, Edite, Daniel, Dinis and Sonia....you were all unbelievable! Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

I already miss everyone! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon....you won't regret it!
