A beautiful boutique hotel with great staff and in great location l
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location. Right in central Lisbon on a quiet street with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a beautiful room.

Cons:

We liked everything. It was perfect!!!!

Pros:

The room was exceptional, as were the staff. The concierge were well spoken and very informative. The manager genuinely cared about our experience and wellbeing. The location couldn't be better.

I love everything about this hotel except the breakfast. The hotel will definitely be 10/10 if there were more options provided for breakfast 早餐拉垮，自助区不超过20样东西，蔬菜都不新鲜。餐单上选项也很有限

Мы несколько раз уже останавливались в этом отеле. Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество в самом центре Лиссабона. Красивые чистые номера, обслуживание - выше всех похвал (когда на второй день пребывания персонал за завтраком уже знает, какой кофе предпочитают гости, потому что запомнили накануне)). Шикарные, по Европейским меркам, завтраки. Супер расположение отеля.

Great location. New and fresh

Cons:

The hotel is very new. I am an extremely experienced hotel customer and I can se a lot of details that should be improved.
As an example, our junior suite had a shower with the wrong inclination so the water came out all over the door. The electricity was not correct connected so the intended way to turn on and off lamps didn’t syncronise. Also there was no east basket in the room. However I told the staff and they were very receptive to my suggestions. I think it is always a good rule to test-stay in your own rooms before opening up to the public. Bottom line though, it will be the perfect place to stay once some trimming is done.
