Excellent Staff!!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. Love that it is a boutique hotel and rooms are so individually decorated. We stayed in September and rebooked for the last few days of our stay in Portugal. The front desk staff ( Luis, Sonia and another beautiful lady, she worked the afternoon/evening shift) were wonderful. The servers at the restaurant are great as well.

We highly reccommend this hotel, great location, staff and unique!

An incredible stay in the heart of LIsbon!
Pros:

My recent trip to Portugal was made even more special by this amazing hotel! The property itself is beautiful , the food was excellent, and the location couldn't be better-- right in the middle of the Rossio district, which is truly the heart of Lisbon.

But, what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Yaroslav, Helena, Edite, Daniel, Dinis and Sonia....you were all unbelievable! Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

I already miss everyone! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon....you won't regret it!

Hochwertige Zimmer in guter Lage, aber ein paar Servicemängel
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich außerordentlich hochwertig und schön gemacht, die Küchen sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern - diese bieten genug Privatsphäre auch mit erwachsenen Kindern. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum sehr gut. Ein wunderschönes Altstadthaus. Direkt vor der Tür findet man eine Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist dem restlichen Standard überhaupt nicht angemessen. Es gibt mehr oder weniger jeden Tag das Gleiche, fertig zugeteilt: pro Person 1 Croissant, 2 aufgebackene Brötchen, 1 abgepackte Marmelade, 1 Saft mit 30% Frucht, eben aus der Plastikpackung genommener Käse und Kochschinken und ein süßes Teilchen - 1 Tasse Kaffee (!) und für die Milch muss man schon zahlen... Eier kann man -gegen Bezahlung- auch dazu bestellen. :-( Man kann davon natürlich satt werden, aber bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich etwas Auswahl und Abwechslung, zumindest Kaffee mit Milch und vielleicht auch eine 2. Tasse.
Derzeit wird direkt im Nachbargebäude grundsaniert, eine riesige Baustelle mit Kran direkt vor dem Fenster, also hatten wir ab 8 Uhr sehr starken Baulärm. Man gab uns dann ein anderes Appartement nach vorn raus. Aber bei der Rückreise waren wir erneut hier - hatten bewusst und ausdrücklich ein Zimmer nach vorne hin gebucht (mit der Direktorin selber vereinbart), was wir dann nicht bekamen. Ein Umzug war dieses mal nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war.... das war enttäuschend.

Super welcoming staff, made check in and leaving baggage prior to check in so easy. The room was uniquely decorated and very nice. Location was really convenient to see all the attractions we wanted.

Дуже гарне розташування, чисто та затишно. Ліжка - дуже зручні. Дуже комфортна температура у кімнаті. Персонал дуже приємний

Cons:

Брали 2 номери зі стальними дверима. Треба було завжди слідкувати, за внутрішніми дверима, бо могли б і не вийти з кімнати. За вікнами - проводяться ремонтні роботи впродовж всього дня. Місця дуже замало в кожній кімнаті. Паркінг бронювала заздалегідь ( за 1,5 місяця, але, в день заїзду, виявилось, що немає місця)
