Breakfast was served in the room and it was fantastic. The room was great. It was super clean. Water was hot.

Parking the car in you own personal covered spot adjacent to your room was super convenient

The Pros: The Staff was great always friendly and helpful. The rooms are like individual apartment rooms. They have individual parking if you have your own car and they are quiet. It’s a little out of the way unless you have your own car or like to walk a ways but Grab is always available. The water pressure is good and there is always plenty of hot water. I have a bad back and try to find rooms with soaking tubs and they have very nice ones in each room.
The Cons: The beds are hard and not comfortable. Breakfast…breakfast is very limited in menu and it’s apparent that it is not a priority with management. On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 3. The coffee is good and I think they would better off just serving a continental breakfast with coffee, fruit and toast or croissants. I think people would be happier with that instead of cold eggs and a few other dishes. One word of caution…get a receipt for your deposit. We have stayed here several times and I never had a problem until this stay. When I went to check out the desk person was only going to refund 100 baht of my 1000 baht deposit. It took over 40 minutes to get it straightened out and required them checking video of when we checked in. Not a pleasant experience….so get a receipt.

The bathroom is nice, little courtyard, and a carport, extraordinary.

The breakfast is pretty spartan, and there were some mosquitos in the room, but a good deal.

Air conditioner was too small to control temperature as need.
Parking area was too small.

Arrived rather late, however, the check in was easy and fast.
Within 5 minutes we're were in our room and ordered our dinner from the hotel restaurant.
Wie come back again for sure.

I enjoyed my stay. I am doing my Masters so I spent my time studying. It was perfect for my needs

There was no work station in the room, no chair with back support, just a bench and a table

A rather pleasant place to stay, individual Chalets with their own parking space. We only stayed one night because we were just passing through Phitsanulok but it was quiet and a different idea to normal hotels with their banging doors and people talking in the corridor, none of that here. Walking street is not too far away so no need for the car.

Clean room, good caretaking on the grounds, nice plants and trees. The place is quiet and we slept well. Staff were nice and friendly, genuine. The breakfast is decent, pre ordered the night before and delivered to room; there was no fruit though. No microwave, but there was a kettle and coffee/tea and a small fridge.

The TV is adequate, although likely 1st Generation smart. The internet adequate, but had to log on to network very often.

I like how you can park your car right in your own rooms carport, convenient for road travellers like us. It is a stretch to call this hotel a “resort”, although the grounds are well kept. It is a nice 3 star hotel, and we will stay here again if we return to Phitsanulok.

Nice staff and private parking

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Phitsanulok! Staff are very helpful and as we’re travelling with two young children, the smooth check in was really appreciated. Thank you to the staff of Blue River. We will deduct one back next time we’re in Phitsanulok.

A perfect stop over place. Very modern and unique. Everything was super clean and breakfast was brought to our door!! Rooms were decorated beautifully and it had nice spa bathtub in separate room as well! I would recommend a comfortable mattress pad to entice longer stays!!

Staff and owners are so helpful.
