Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Personal und Service sehr gut !
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum war top ! Das 1872 erbaute Haus hatte seinen Charme, auch wenn die Deckenhöhe nicht der heutigen Norm entsprach. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr sauber ! Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ! Beim Frühstück wird auch auf "Sonderwünsche" (Rühr- oder Spiegelei) eingegangen. Wird dann alles frisch zubereitet. Für uns wurde sogar extra das Abendessen serviert obwohl die Küche nicht besetzt war (wurde aber kurzer Hand organisiert) ! Daran merkt man, dass es noch Hotels gibt die für Ihre Gäste da sind !

Cons:

Auf Grund der geringen Deckenhöhe war das mit dem Duschen etwas knifflig, aber es ging.

Preis - Leistung stimmten.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut.
Lage war gut.
Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Abendessen ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Man merkt auch dass der Service nicht ausgebildet ist.
Kein Lift. War dies bemerkt? denke an ältere Personen.

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, geräumig und ruhig.
Ein Kühlschrank und kleine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Parkplatz am Haus. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in im Ort Schluchsee aber in ruhiger Umgebung.
Supermarkt, schöne Kirche, schöner Ortskern, Buchladen alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Komme gern wieder hierher.

Pros:

Uns hat am meisten die zentrale Lage in Schluchsee zugesagt. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr das Neueste und hat dadurch seinen eigenen Flair.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist kompakt, ohne viel schnickschnack, aber trotzdem für den Normalverbraucher alles vorhanden. Im Restaurant kann man gut Abendessen. Parkplätze sind hinterm Haus ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir können uns vorstellen nochmal hierher zu kommen.

Good location. Old and characterfull building. Facilities are very old, the kitchenette is pretty underwhelming.

None of the basins had plugs, cutlery is terrible, knives were about as sharp as the back of a spoon.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und nett, sind auf unsere Wünsche immer eingegangen.
Uns wurde ein Kinderbett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Großer Parkplatz, viel Infomaterial über Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Altbau mit sehr niedriger Decke: Wer größer als 1.8m ist, muss stängig aufpassen sich nicht den Kopf gegen die Decke/Balken zu stoßen. Der Holzboden quietscht leider einweg. Das Bad war sauber aber müsste erneuert werden.
