Pros:

Hotel com mesmo padrão do Resort mas foi primeira estadia e última. Funcionário Júlio do restaurante sempre muito cordial e atencioso - já o conhecíamos das várias idas ao Resort.

Cons:

Check in demorado e nada cordial. Reservei dois quartos para um casal (cama casal) e para minhas duas filhas menores (camas solteiro). Reserva nos colocou em andares diferentes. Uma dificuldade e demora imensa para que nos colocassem no mesmo andar (depois de muita insistência). Hotel vazio, quase sem hóspedes e quase fui embora por todas as dificuldades que criaram. Cedemos e ficamos no quarto com duas camas de solteiro - queriam cobrar uma taxa de 80,00 para no dia seguinte juntar e colocar um colchão de casal. Revoltante. Depois, provavelmente entenderam a grande atrocidade e nos ofereceram como cortesia - não aceitamos. Fora outras situações que não condizem com um hotel deste padrão - não tinha funcionário pra receber o carro, tiveram que chamar duas vezes; café da manhã com poucas opções pois quase não tinha hóspedes; inseto dentro da piscina ( pra não especificar qual e piorar ainda mais - e não vou adicionar foto pra não ficar desagradável). Foi péssimo. Várias dificuldades e desagrados encontrados. Última experiência.

The food variety wasn't great and something I ate at the hotel made me sick. I thought I was going to have to cancel my flight, but I didn't have to; the staff told me even if I had to I wouldn't have been able to.
