Funcionarios despreparados, hospedei meus pais idosos em um quarto com acessibilidade e em outro quarto / reserva pra mim. Liguei 1 semana antes pra pedir que eu ficasse no mesmo andar, e , alem de nao me darem retorno ( funcionaria Heloisa ), nao conseguiram me colocar mesmo andar. Limpeza ruim, servico de valet pessimo, a pessoa nao fica no local e temos que dicar aguardando mais de 30 minutos na recepcao pra virem pegar as chaves. Enfim um hotel que gosta de atender somente hospedes corporativos. Nao recomendo pra familias
