Great location and affordable stay
Pros:

Room & toilet are quite clean, space is spacious.

Location is quite nearby to the beach which is easily accessible as well as food and convenient stores.

Despite not charging too high on rate per night, facilities are well maintained and really worth the value.

Cons:

Nothing much to highlight, probably one minor suggestion is hanging some picture which is suit better to the room.
