Pros:

This is a perfect family hotel located close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea Resorts (without the price tag of on site resort hotels) with its own shuttle bus leaving for Disney every 30 min in the morning. The hotel itself is located three stops on No.17 bus from Shin Urayasu Station which is one stop from Maihama station (Disney) on the train. Takes about 30min to get back to hotel on public transport. At Shin Urayasu Station there is a big shopping mall and supermarket with food court (Starbucks, McDonalds, KFC and Japanese options for kids who arent keen on trying Japanese food) . The hotel itself is modern, clean and very family friendly (lots of Japanese families and kids stay here) There is an excellent buffet breakfast for 2000 yen adults 1000 yen kids up to age 12. It is breakfast only at the hotel but as mentioned lots of food optiins availble at the nearby Shin Urayasu station in addition to the Family Mart convenience store on the corner. We even managed to order a Dominos Pizza to the hotel as my son wasnt keen on tryingJapanese options right away. All the staff were helpful and friendly and made our three night stay visiting Disney truly memorable.

Cons:

Nothing. An excellent choice for visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea.

Was a nice stay to enjoy the Disney parks
Pros:

Great location, not too far from Tokyo Disney Parks and shuttle bus available for drop off and pick up to both parks and Shin-Uraysau station which was nice (the station was about a 10/15minute walk from the hotel with a big shopping centre right across the road). Buffet breakfast was delicious with a nice range of both western and Japanese food selections. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a view of Mt Fuji. Staff were very helpful and accommodating

Cons:

As a quad room with bunks the space did feel a little cramped for 3 people and suitcases. The space could’ve been utilised more efficiently by arranging the furniture differently but other than that the room was fine

A good hotel to stay in if you're planning to visit the Disneyparks
Pros:

Booked 3 nights at Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay for our Disneyland and Disneysea trips. Location was very convenient, also has a shuttle bus with a timetable to and from the resorts. The rooms were spacious enough and the beds were comfortable. Basic toiletries and sleepwear are provided. Staff were polite and helpful. Has 7/11 and Family Mart around the area

Cons:

The pillows were too flat for us. Had to fold it in half to be comfortable enough to sleep in.
Paying 2200 yen for the breakfast buffet was also not worth it, it was nothing special and there were not a lot of food choices for the price.
