スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧で良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際フロントがガヤついていたのでせっかくの丁寧な案内が聞き取りずらかったです。

スタッフさんではないですが、他のお客様の一般常識がかけていたためだと思ういますが…
かなりうるさかったし、エレベーターまでに行くのに通りずらかったりしていたのでチェックインして不快な気分になってしまいました。

Good value if your going to both parks not much in the area itself there is a large shopping centre that was really good.

Friendly and affordable
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Prior to arrival they advised on how to get to the hotel used the limousine coaches from the airport.
It is close to a train station. They provide a shuttle to Disney regularly through the morning as well as returns from the afternoon. We were there in the winter and they even had complimentary hand warmers for guests.
Was very affordable.

Cons:

The beds were a bit firm. They were not poor quality, just firm. We found the beds in all the hotels we stayed in Japan to be firmer than everyone in our party was used to or preferred. As I said, not poor quality, just a different standard.

快適な宿泊でした！
Pros:

元々清潔ですが毎日清掃入って頂けるので常に綺麗な状態を保ててありがたかったです。
駅からも徒歩圏内で観光するのにちょうど良かったです。
ロビーの味噌汁で温まりました。

Cons:

洗面所のコンセント差し込み口がやや緩かったと思いました。

Wonderful place and location is great.
Pros:

The room was good. Breakfast was superb. Love the concept of creating or cooking your own stuffs.
