Na oferta estava 1 triplo com 3 camas de casal, qdo chegamos era 1 quarto com 1 cama de solteiro e 1 beliche fui conversar e o Sr. da recepção muito intransigente e falou que não poderia fazer nada,Não recomendo o Hotel.

Cobrou valor maior que o determinado na pré reserva. A localização não é a fornecida, é em outro local. Ambos quesitos, valor e localização foram decisivos no momento da locacao e ambos não atenderam. Não recomendo. Bookings também foi acionado e se esquivou de qualquer atitude.
