Lovely hotel in Ginza, very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated us at short notice with the typhoon. Can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality. Quiet rooms, good aircon for the humid stormy weather. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and onsen as well.
My favorite hotel to stay. Friendly stuff with clean and eco friendly facilities.
Room is not spacious but comfortable to me
Very central to Ginza shops, restaurants, convenience stores and everything! Train station right on the front doorstep and others nearby to be able to access other areas of Tokyo, it was so quick to get to Haneda Intl Airport, literally 25minutes and on one train, we didn’t have to change at all. It was very clean, staff were courteous, welcome drinks each night were good, they also provided pajamas, a range of pillows and toiletries in the foyer so choice was plentiful and wastage minimal, we also got fresh towels, toothbrushes and a small bottle of water everyday. They only have one lift which sometimes made it a little longer to get in and out of the hotel, in particular on check out day as suitcases filled the lift, it was manageable though so fine. I would stay here again, in winter would be good to use the onsen in the hotel too!
I booked this hotel for convenience. From Haneda Airport, the train stops across the street. This hotel is also walking distance to my favorite stores in Ginza. I can just shop, drop my things off the hotel and shop again.
The staff are very polite. Rooms are small but clean. However it is one of those rare hotels that has a room for 3. Toilet and bath is a typical japanese modular type that is small but space efficient. The hotel has very random things I did not expect they would provide for guests. These include pillows of different firmness, pajamas, face mask, hair treatment mask, leg soothing gel among others. The hotel also features a lobby with sitting area where we can have coffee and tea all day. It is also where we ate our snacks from konbinis.
Overall my stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel is near a few subway lines and walkable to many shopping malls.
Property also has public bath/onsen room which is a saver after shopping for the day
Nice location. Only here one night so didn’t get a real feel for the hotel. But had a nice lobby area to sit and also had tea and coffee and a wine hour.
The staff was amazing and the area was great. The room was very small with a small window that was frosted, so it felt a but crammed.
Located in the heart of Ginza, it was super convenient to go on day trip tours and take the shinkansen to other regions. The location is 5-10 minutes walking from most subway lines. All the prominent stores (Uniqlo, Don quijote, daiso, etc) were all within 5-20 minutes walking from the hotel. The Tsukiji market was only ~15min walk away. Many excellent restaurants (including Michelin Bib/Michelin Star) are located blocks away from the hotel. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were all very welcoming. We also appreciated the hotel's focus on being eco-friendly and minimizing its carbon footprint. The natural onsen onsite was also a significant factor in why we selected this hotel over similar hotels nearby. Going to an onsen after a long day of walking helped reduce swelling or pain and was a very relaxing experience.
Great location and we enjoyed the onsen too. I would like to thank the amazing staff here at the lobby, they were so accommodating and helpful. As good as any 5 star hotel. Thank you to the staff & cleaning staff that made our stay comfortable!
Great location but only one lift so have to wait awhile as hotel was full occupancy.
I stayed fabulous.hotel. They are very care about environment. They also have hot spring.
I will stay this hotel again.
Great hotel. Has self serve pillow selection area to pick your desired softness level. Also a self service toiletries and skincare selection.
We loved this hotel! Having now stayed in 4 different hotels in Japan, we can say this hotel had the best amenities. There is a bar of serums, cleansers, lotions and ointments as well as toiletry items if you forgot yours at home. The pillow "buffet" was wonderful! Loved being able to choose my pillow for firmness and height! The pillows were so nice it made the bed being firmer a nonissue. The staff were very nice and accomodating. We had one night staying at Tokyo Disney and then a second reservation the following day and they were kind enough to hold our large luggage for us and they placed it in our room for our second stay! The onsen is smaller but very clean and serene. We really loved coming back from a long day walking around Tokyo and being able to onsen before bed. The rooms are small and not the most modern, but they are clean and have complimentary water and fresh towels every day. From 5-9PM there are welcome drinks in the lobby as well as 24/7 complimentary coffee and water. There is a station right outside the door and it is 5-10 min walk from Ginza Station. The area is nice and quiet at night and we always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
Super Hotel Premier Ginza used to be my go-to hotel in Tokyo, returned again this year and got very disappointed.
Good: Friendly staff, welcome bar between 5:30-9pm, super convenient location.
Bad: Got a room on 14th floor and the bathroom had a moldy odor from the vent. Onsen is supposed to be a plus, but rude fellow guest made it a minus. Saw a lady with cell phone (and shoes) in the lady onsen locker room, heard her camera in action. I told her no cell phone allowed here. She argued back "photo no capture". I told her the rule is no cell phone at all, need to follow the rules. She ignored and gave an attitude face. This is unacceptable. Not the hotel's fault, but totally bad experience.
Farewell to Super Hotel Premier Ginza. No more.
The location is excellent with station access right in front of the hotel. The room, especially the bathroom is very small - even for a solo traveller. I also don't think it's exceptionally clean - the pillows that I could choose at the front desk smelt funny as did the pyjamas. The welcome bar is a nice touch for people who enjoy drinking alcohol. The sauna is good facility but I unfortunately did not try it. The hotel claims to be eco, but I don't think giving a toothbrush everyday is eco-friendly. I understand it may be because customer toothpaste needs to be replenished, but perhaps supply toothbrush and toothpaste separately at the amenity station. Similarly, the amenity cotton pad and cotton buds being together is wasteful and not eco-friendly for those who only need the cotton bud. The hotel having one lift was annoying - the waiting can be long and I feel sorry for the staff who are unable to work efficiently as they frequently have to wait for an empty lift with no customers.
The hotel is right next to the Asakusa subway station which is super convenient. There are 2 convenient stores at both street corners. 5-minute walk to Starbucks and McDonalds. A ton of local small restaurants within a block or two.
The onsite onsen is absolutely our favorite part. We do that daily, even the night we arrived which was about midnight when we went to the onsen. Nothing like a good hot soak after a long flight. The onsen hours are 5pm to 9am. They no longer offer yukata, rather pajama top (gray) and bottom (black)…maybe it’s a winter thing?
Onto the parts that need a little improvement. The room is super small which is to be expected; however, we barely have room to turn about. The bathroom, specifically, the bidet, has a funky smell to it. The water pressure is a bit weak. The only elevator (for 14 floors) is slow so if you’re impatient, choose lower floors so you can climb the stairs instead.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We might stay here again in the future.
Location location location!
This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Everything was located conveniently close and train stations were within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and always keen to help out despite the language barrier. The room was small which we were aware of before attending however all we need is a bathroom and bed as we spend little to no time in our room while travelling. The doors of the hotel require your room code if you are entering after midnight which makes it a safe and secure environment, however we never felt unsafe in the Ginza area and had walked the streets at all hours of the night exploring without any issues. I would book and stay here again in a heartbeat.
Very convenient location
