Excellent Heritage feel, great location for sightseeing. Great Value. Very Charming.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I would especially like to mention the team who arranged transportation to the restaurants – everything was perfectly organized.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a traditional style, with great attention to detail. It truly has everything you might need – you can tell they have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, while also creating an authentic sense of Emirati hospitality.

The food was excellent, diverse, and very delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive – everything was spotless and well maintained.

The location is also a big advantage, as the hotel is centrally located in Al Seef Souk, which is perfect for walking, shopping, and enjoying the atmosphere.

Special thanks to the receptionist Alice for her kindness and professionalism – she made my stay even more enjoyable.

Это редкий случай, когда реальность превзошла все ожидания. Мы настолько влюбились в этот отель сети комплекса Hilton, что отменили уже забронированный другой вариант отеля возле Бурдж Халифа и продлили здесь своё пребывание.

Отель стал для нас настоящим «сердцем Дубая».

Уникальное сочетание сразу несколько пространств комплекса Хилтон: современного отеля с бассейном, высокого здания с захватывающим видом на город (куда отвозят бесплатные мини-авто)
и атмосферной исторической части, куда стекаются туристы.

Расположение — идеальное. С одной стороны, нет шума центра, с другой — рядом река, красивые прогулочные маршруты, уютная атмосфера вечерами. В любой момент легко вызвать такси или добраться до удобного метро.

Отдельно хочется отметить комфорт: невероятно удобные кровати и наглухо закрываемые ставни— спали просто идеально. Давно так не высыпались в отелях.
Все детали интерьера сделаны под старинный стиль. И это придовало необычную атмосферу. В отеле в основном из Европы туристы.

Тишина, эстетика пространства. Как только выходишь из номера попадаешь в восточную сказку.

Отдельное удовольствие — сервис. Шведский стол с почти индивидуальным обслуживанием, вышколенный персонал. Идеально передохнуть от шума мегаполиса.

The bed was very nice to sleep in. The location is excellent and easy to get to. Adding breakfast and dinner made our stay much better. They made it easy for us to go on a buggy ride, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a beneficial experience.

Authentic design and architecture

Everything. The rooms, the area, the souq.

I stayed in the hotel during a stressful time - the airspace closure due to the attacks on Dubai. The staff was very accomodating and put a lot of effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located in a beautiful old market, and the location for breakfast is so beautiful. There are many other restaurants and shops nearby.
