Pros:

A surprisingly excellent stay! Given the price, we had low expectations, but were greeted by a spotlessly clean twin room. The shared shower and toilet facilities were equally spotless, with lukewarm water and decent pressure. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A rooftop seating area, reached by a steep black ladder, made a great spot for morning coffee. We couldn’t fault it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Note that air conditioning incurs an additional charge.

Pros:

Owners were very blaise. Place smelt of wet dog. Front door (which was the side door) was not to be locked to keep mosquitos out. So our rooms were open to the public. But it never felt unsafe as the location is down a side street. Handy shop at the end. Place to park moped. Aircon costs more. As i got to my room they were taking the fridge out of it. The standing fan was not enough to cool the room.

Pros:

If you don't need anything fancy, this place is honestly fantastic. AC was probably the best out of everywhere we've stayed in Thailand. Location was perfect. Walking distance to night market, beach, restaurants, laundry, scooter and excursion rentals. Only complaint is its difficult to find hotel staff to check in and out.

Pleasant no frills budget accommodation.
Pros:

I have very simple needs. A clean bed and room. Private bathroom and quiet at a cheap price. My main requirement is access to nearby facilities.
I got all of that. So for me this place was just right.
My room had a fridge and access to a small balcony. What it lacked was hanging space for wet towels and clothes. The TV seemed to have many channels, but I don't need TV.
The dogs in the street barked at me at first but I soon made friends with them and they proved to be friendly and liked to be patted.
I felt very safe here although room security was not high.
The Wi-Fi was good overall but the signal in my room a little weak. Sometimes I had to step into the corridor to get better reception.
I would stay here again.
