The room was nice and clean
Hot tub wasnt working and pool wasnt heated. Breakfast lacked options and the coffee machine, microwave, and 1 of the 2 toasters were all not working. Advertised as coffee available at all times and I was unable to have a single cup.
It was clean and a nice staff. It was was in a convenient location that I was visiting.

Nothing.
Conveniently located just off of route 95 but far enough to be quiet and not hear the highway. Front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in and we were able to check in a little earlier. They had complementary laundry, which was convenient for us since we were there for a soccer tournament for two days. I was able to wash my sons jerseys.

The facility was clean the bed was very comfortable. The location was good as well.
I have been waiting on my receipt since I left the hotel, the lady said she tried to print it but something was wrong the printer which it look like it just needed toner then she said I will email it to you. I carefully stated my email address and spelled it out and never received it, that was Sunday, I called Monday asking for an email receipt and I still haven't received it does not take long to receive an email. Also I opt to pay at the property but the payment was taken out a day prior to my arrival which I thought was strange. Not to mention the amount that was taken out was way over what I was supposed to pay. It's given suspicious.
I love how big the rooms and bathroom was.
No one answer the phone when you call, and nobody really stay at the front desk for the customer's.
The rooms came with a Kitchenette which made meals easier.
Parking was very tight and it was shared with another business.
The pool was great and jacuzzi was outstanding rooms were quiet staff made me feel welcomed

Overall, great place to stay. We Checked in and within 2 hours the toilet wasn’t working. Front Desk was great and switched our room immediately and was very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
