Excellent hotel in every way but poor WIFI.
Pros:

Il ristorante era eccellente. Anche il servizio. . Molto proprio. Bel giardino. Great balcony from room. Quiet location. Friendly staff.lovely people.

Cons:

Il WIFI era terrible. I had to put my phone outside the door every few minutes to maintain a connection. It went off in the middle of a transaction
There was no fridge, no tea/coffee making facility in the room. No aircon.
These things are essential for travellers staying for a week.or more.

La cortesia ricevuta sia al momento dell'arrivo, che nella mia sepur breve permanenza ..e poi direi che la colazione meritava veramente,voto 9 rispetto ad altre strutture di mia conoscenza con maggior numero di stelle.

Lo staff è stato di una gentilezza unica. Abbiamo soggiornato per una vacanza di 3 notti, comodi al lago di Caldonazzo. È stata un'esperienza bellissima e da rifare. Hotel con ristorante fotonica porzioni abbondanti 😅. Colazione a buffet ottima. A presto!

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Lage von GILDA ist ebenfalls gut. Wir konnten unsere e-bikes in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Die Chefin und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man Abends bei GILDA sehr gut essen.

Hat alles gut gepasst.
