We showed up for check in and they told us that they didnt have any more rooms left! They supposedly couldnt find my rervation although it was already paid and showed them the proof or payment! Also, we have received a mail from booking.com a few days prior to our check in that the hotel was renamed from Sultan Hotel to Armeto Hotel but "they had no idea" about this and that the whole problem was because of booking.com. The receptionist spoke with the manager who decided to solve the problem by refunding the money in cash and by asking us to sleep at the reception area!! Keep in mind that we ended up sleeping in a park because all surrounding hotels at that time of the night were fully booked due to a large concertZ. Avoid this establishment if you dont like surprises
They didnt let us check in because they gave the tool to another guest
The location is good. But unlockable rooms in the basement without windows. The mold is everywhere. Super moisture, heavy for breathing. Didnt feel safe really.
I would like to thank the entire hotel team.l slept very comfortably in my room with a view of the neighborhood.although my room was a little small,it received full marks for its location,cleanliness and intermet quality

The stuff starts make noise at 5 in the morning and speak very load straight neat the room.
we check in very laye and left early. ask to prepare breakfast in the box before for take away. Told this in a day before - it was not made by the stuff
Stinky of cigarettes, all hotel is in poor condition! Rather find 20 lari and book a better hotel.

Everything is so much clean in the room. There are every facilities available there in the room. Also hotel is so near from Marjanishvili metro. All hotel staff are very helpful and corresponding. Also location of hotel is so good. There is groceries shop very nearby from hotel. I enjoyed the stay so much. Thank you so much for this good experience.

Great location. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly. Restaurants, Metro, Bank, Police all very near to property. Complimentary Breakfast is ok.
No lift at the property. If you have more luggage, then you will struggle to carry.
