Pros:

O valor, pois para um pernoite apenas, não há necessidade de um quanto grande. E tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã simple, mas gostoso.

Cons:

O quarto é extremamente pequeno. Estive num dia chuvoso e os corredores molhados por causa do corredor aberto. Mas nada que incomodasse.
Pra uma noite achei muito válido o custo x benefício.
