Colazione non all’altezza della qualità del resto della struttura. Colazione banale e di poca qualità per un hotel com degli standard che offre per il resto dei reparti. Peccato
La ubicacion es espectacular. Lo mejor para conocer Valencia ya que esta en una zona muy comercial pero en el limite de la ciudad antigua. Se puede ir a todos lados a pie. Personalmente me encanto el estilo retro del edificio. La terraza es imperdible para tomar algo a la tarde o cenar.
Estuvimos justo cuando están con obras en la avenida (no es culpa del hotel) pero debería haber sido advertido. De todos modos debo confesar que no se escuchaba nada desde la habitación así que no nos molestó.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They spoke very good English and took the time to recommend restaurants, places to visit, and things to do in the area.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade on arrival to a much bigger and very spacious room. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the street. The bed was large and very comfortable, and we appreciated all the little extras, including complimentary water, robes and slippers.
One of the nicest touches was the handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the room, which made our arrival feel extra special. Even when we were leaving, the staff surprised us with some complimentary chocolates.
Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and genuinely kind and attentive staff. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again!

Un particolare ringraziamento a Fabian, persona squisita, che tra l'altro ci ha aiutato tantissimo parlando benissimo in italiano, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e attento a consigliarci durante il nostro soggiorno , complimenti davvero, ci siamo sentiti a casa, siamo partiti con la tristezza nel cuore! Grazie ancora di tutto, vi ricordiamo.

Ottima posizione, ai margini del centro storico e vicino alla fermata della metro. Struttura elegante, accogliente e silenziosa. Ampia scelta al buffet.
Atmosfera un po’ cupa della hall, servizio di rifacimento della camera non sempre attento.

Központi helyen található a szálloda, mégis csendes. Bőséges reggeli választék, tisztaság és nagyon kedves személyzet. Pihentető és élvezetes volt az ott töltött idő.
