Siempre apuesto por NH Collection y esta vez me he equivocado.

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas. El baño es incómodo y muy pequeño. El armario inservible. Minibar, cafetera y vajilla en su interior. Sin mesa de trabajo. El precio es muy elevado por la habitación asignada. Conozco bien los NH Collection y este es decepcionante. Una pena.

Los servicios del hotel están acorde de su precio, los espacios interiores de las habitación cumplen con lo visto en las imágenes. El desayuno muy completo de buen nivel

Cons:

el baño estaba con problemas, se filtraba el agua de la ducha hacia el resto de la habitación. La solución a sido deficiente para el precio de la habitación

Dirty cups left after room had been cleaned.

Hotellet har ett perfekt cetralt läge mitt i shoppingområde med närhet till Matmarknad, Katedralen, grönområden mm. Magisk frukost med stort urval av både buffé och goda rätter att beställa. Mysig frukostmatsal med jättefin service.

Central, clean, and friendly.
Pros:

Very central, clean, and lovely staff. Breakfast was also very nice. Had a room with a balcony over the street and the noise was not an issue. Would recommend to anyone.

Very good stay for a short city break with all amenities nearby
Pros:

The hotel was very central with beautiful decor and rooftop bar

Cons:

The hotel had a funny smell ( perhaps a drainage issues) but they did very best with diffusers

Se ovan kommentar. Tyckte inte jag fick ”value for money ”.

Ok läge.
Personalen mkt hjälpsam.
Frukost buffén riklig och god.

Cons:

Rummet var mkt litet. Dåligt med plats att lägga sina tillhörigheter på. Ingen byrå eller lådor. Hade vi varit 2 personer hade en fått ha väskan på golvet och knapp plats i de lilla garderoben.
Handfatet bedrövligt och vatten som skvätte över alla saker runt om. Urdålig belysning.
Förvarings safen högt placerad. Fick stå på en pall för att komma åt ordentligt.

No better location than directly on C. Colon in the center of Shopping Restaurants & the Town Hall

The Breakfast Buffet presentation, including the breakfast menu and staff, were 5 Star

Cons:

I I only had One Request. There were no dresser drawers to fold and store clothing items. I had to live out of my Suitcase. At least the stand for the suitcase was adequate, but for a long stay, it would have been nice to properly store my clothing items in a dresser drawer and store my suitcase in the front desk bell closet. An Option that should be considered, as there was plenty of room under the TV for a modern expandable storage bin as an option for a foldable suitcase stand for guests with longer stays.
