Very clean, modern and nice breakfast!
Pros:

Clean, smells new, breakfast was good, did I mention clean?

Men’s toilet in small stall too close to partition and shelf over toilet paper

Nice stay, but could have been better.
Cons:

We were told there would be a heated pool. It was not. In fact it was too cold to get in it. It would have nicer if the breakfast would have included some fresh fruit. It was mostly sweet pastries.

Pros:

The hotel and staff were excellent. They met all our expectations and beyond. We were in town for a funeral. They were extremely kind to us as we going through the grieving process.

It was good
Cons:

The humidity and temp in the room. I tried to adjust the unit but it could not keep up with the humidity. Also there was very very little in the way of food or coffee syrups for a person with celiac disease. All i could have was the cooked eggs and i didn’t like their texture. The coffee syrups could say they are or aren’t not gluten free

Pros:

The location and staff were great!

Cons:

It would be nice to see the wall mounted hand soap, lotion and shampoos/conditioners in the rooms. Also the bottle fill water station did not work which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, I know it’s a struggle to get and keep good help but the common areas i.e. hallways, areas in front of the elevators, lobby need a good sweep/mop and vacuum.

The staff are friendly and the lobby is so well kept. The gym was clean and had good weights.

Cons:

I dropped something on the bathroom floor and when I picked it up there was lots of hair and dust under the sink. The shower head wasn't working too well and it was so high I couldn't adjust it. I could have called down for this.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean and plenty of space. Shower had plenty of pressure. Would stay again. Housekeeping very nice.

No complaints here
Pros:

We've been stuck here at this hotel over a week now, because of transmission problems. The good news is we couldn't have picked a better one. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Out of town a little, and I like that too .

Pros:

Conveniently located for us and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

They told us at the front desk that they are short on housekeeping staff and the rooms somewhat reflect that. I understand that hiring housekeeping staff is difficult at times.
