Een mooi hotel dat uitblinkt in fantastisch personeel en uitzicht vanaf de 24ste verdieping.
Pros:

Locatie is top. In de nabijheid van allemaal leuke bars en restaurantjes. Ook beschikt dit hotel over een fantastisch zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de 24ste verdieping over de stad. Het zwembad is tot 18:00 open, daarna wordt het een bar en geniet je van een eveneens een fantastisch uitzicht. De menukaart is goed en het eten is lekker.

Cons:

Wat mij alleen opviel was hoe ontzettend traag de liften werken. Ik zat op verdieping 20 en het duurde vaak enkele minuten voordat de lift op mijn verdieping was en eveneens minuten voordat de lift de begane grond had bereikt. Dat was simpelweg erg irritant. Daarnaast verbleef ik in kamer 2022 en daar klonk elke minuut dag en nacht een gek kloppend geluid. Alleen wanneer ik de airco in de hoogste stand zette hoorde ik dat geluid niet. Overigens erkende het hotel dit geluid (veroorzaakt door de liften) en heeft mij meteen een nieuwe kamer aangeboden. Deze service vond ik top.

Pros:

Hello everyone i am from punjab india, 🇮🇳 Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, with everything you need just a few steps away—there is a 7-Eleven right in front, and plenty of restaurants, clubs, and massage parlors nearby.

The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which offers a great view. The food, especially the fried rice, was delicious!

Another major plus point is the convenience: the airport is just a 25 to 40-minute drive at night, and the hotel provides a fantastic free shuttle service to the Nana bus stop every 30 minutes. It is a 10/10 experience for us!

My new favourite Bangkok hotel
Pros:

All the staff were super nice especially the young lady at the pool who's name I didn't get, reception staff were also amazing

Cons:

Lots of people left plates out side of their rooms, made the hallways smell like an Indian restaurant, someone should clear up more often
