One Residence Hotel & Apartment

It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants which can be walked and it is closed enough to all tourist attractions. The staffs were all very attentive and kind. I would recommend again and would also go back as it met all my needs especially travelling with two young children under 10.

Everyone was really kind and professional. The hotel room was great with the most beautify amenities. I especially love the pool and gym facility. The view was spectacular and the location very central to food and Phnom Penh attractions.

It is across the road from a supermarket and has a kitchen with all you need. Also close to good bars, shops and Aeon mall. Travelled with family and it was good to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a lounge room. Would definitely stay again.

Great nice safe clean place with an amazing pool and friendly staff

Great hotel and apartments located in BKK1. A supermarket and a Starbucks are across the road and plenty of walkable options for food. Easy to get a Tuk Tuk from the property.
The service at the property was excellent - the security staff , reception staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly and efficient.
The apartment whilst on the compact side was very well equipped including complimentary mini bar/fridge/freezer. Aircon, internet and Tv channel choice was very good. Apartment had tv in both lounge and bedroom. Laundry service was great too. Bed comfortable and bedding very good. Has a room safe and iron and board.
Swimming pool on the rooftop is well maintained but note for those with mobility issues that entry and exit from the pool is on aluminium ladders, the pool area has toilet and shower facilities, and there is a well equipped air conditioned small gym on the top floor accessed from the pool deck via stairs. Swimming pool area has towels and water fountain as well as vending machine to buy cold drinks.
There is a small business centre and meeting rooms available on the 1st floor as well as complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning in the well designed modern lobby area on 1st floor.
This is a great option for those looking for comfort in a modern stylish apartment style hotel with a high level of service. I would recommend it for both business and pleasure and I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Phnom Penh.

Stayed in a two bedroom unit. This was a great place to stay. Super clean and modern, carefully serviced, lovely rooftop pool and good quality amenities and shampoos etc. small supermarket across the street and attentive staff. Excellent.

Stay for 2 nights within a 2 bedrooms. The hotel is quite central and well located with nice restaurants nearby and quite close with a Tuk Tuk to the main places to visit. The room is confortable.
However the pillow is terrible and way too big / thick. No alternative is offered. In addition, there is a noisy construction site next to hotel. The noise can be also heard at the rooftop pool.

Globalement c’est un joli appart/hotel, plutôt propre mais aux finitions discutables. Les joints de la sdb étaient casi tout noir, fer à repasser dégoulinait, 1 sèche linge sur 3 fonctionnaient. Globalement le service est correct, on est tombé sur quelques réceptionniste pas très souriants. À choisir, on n’y retournerai pas.

We travelled to Cambodia to visit family and needed to find somewhere in Phnom Penh that was different to a hotel as we have a 1 year old.
The apartments are very comfortable and convenient. There is cleaning service daily and they offer you free drinks (soda, water and beer) as well as snack every day. You can also get a free coffee and pastry each morning.
The room has all you need to cook which is convenient. There is an amazing rooftop with sofas, a pool and a very nice gym. The sunsets from there are fantastic.
The staff was simply amazing. They were very welcoming, service minded and helpful, including the parking team - I could have never parked our SUV there without their help!
We will be back there very soon!

All the staffs are friendly and helpful and front reception speaks good English . Seldom find such apartment with full kitchen ware , Sleek decor and very comfortable bed. Good location, Opposite is one big mall . you can enjoy a good pool with very good gym equipment . You are served with good coffee and pastry for breakfast . They have a big meeting room for business use and computer for in house guest to use . Total 5 stars luxury stay ! My first choice when I touches CAMBODIA

Beautiful, modern apartments. Great rooftop gym and pool with views of the city. Friendly staff. Asian pastries for breakfast, good espresso type coffees included. Location was good - restaurants, grocery store nearby. The La Rose Boutique Hotel is next door with a very good spa massage without the long lines of Bodia. Would definitely stay here again.

My room is facing the main street so it's a bit noisy in early morning.
Otherwise , everything is good.

We spent 4 nights at this reasonably expensive hotel. We were provided with only 2 glasses in the room. One broke in the washing up. On checking out we voluntarily told the front desk about this minor occurrence. The 2 glasses were ordinary inexpensive wine glasses, which had to be used for all drinks except coffee and tea. To our dismay the management insisted that we pay US$5 for the broken glass which customarily would be absorbed as a cost of doing business. There was no price list in the room for items and nothing to suggest that minor damages had to be paid for.

We asked for the manager who arrived and said we could not leave without paying. As a taxi was waiting we grudgingly paid the money and left.

The demand for the excessive payment was not the issue. It was the unreasonableness of that demand and the insult it carried for us as their guests, which says a lot about the overall attitude of the management. We felt this strongly and will not return to this establishment and warn others as to what they might expect.

All this aside if you are a light sleeper I strongly suggest asking for a room at the side. We had one at the front of the hotel and between a busy road and building works opposite it was quite noisy.

Dachterrasse mit großem Pool, Gratis Kaffee und Croissant am Morgen, Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Neue und sehr saubere Zimmer.
Shampoo, Bademantel etc. mussten separat angefordert werden, Heisses Wasser in der Dusche kam in den ersten Tagen nur am Morgen, Küche gut eingerichtet, Ofen und Mikrowelle waren defekt und mussten erst repariert werden. Zimmerservice kam meist erst am Nachmittag. Z. Zt. Baulärm direkt gegenüber. Insgesamt ganz nett aber zu teuer.

아직은 관리체계가 부족한듯
그러나 사람들 대부분이 매우 친절
다시 갈꺼냐고 묻는다면 다시갈꺼임
