Nice hotel with beautiful rooms and views. Restaurant needs to step up to the 5star reputation.
Pros:

Nice room. Great location with nice views. Had the car in the garage so we didn’t have to bother about the heavy snow. The personal helped us with the luggage which was very appreciated. The spa saunas were nice.

Cons:

Breakfast and dinner menu was not up to the expectations. Breakfast buffet had little variety and not a single vegetable ( asked the staff and they said they don’t have). Dinner half board menu was mainly fish ( at 1800m altitude …) with very few other dishes of meat.

Quasi parfait!...

Cons:

Seule suggestion: améliorer la diversité de l'offre des petits déjeuner ( par exemple à la place du saumon tous les jours (d'ailleurs très peu consommé par les clients)) pensez à proposer des légumes, fraicheurs ou crudités ( tomates, salade, concombre,..)

Very accommodating especially Denis taking us for an early 6am shuttle run to meet our airport bus.

On a tout aimé, la décoration est typique de la montagne, c'est ce qu'on cherchait, le personnel est hyper serviable et gentil
Tout est pensé pour notre confort :
- un local a ski
- un spa avec jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, piscine chauffée, massage, soins
- un coin cocooning avec cheminée, boisson, apéro, jeux de société
- une literie très appréciable
- une magnifique vue du balcon de la chambre
- une chambre fonctionnelle avec eau, eau gazeuse, café, thé

On a également demandé une baignoire et notre demande a été respectée ce qui est très appréciable

Je recommande vivement cet établissement
