Pros:

Nothing.When we reach there renovation work is going on. Dust and dirt is every where.Room was not exactly shown in the booking.com. I booked room for 41 dollar through booking. Com and tourist task may be upto 20 dollars. But receptionist asked 100 dollar for the dirty room.. so we cancelled our booking.

Низкая цена. Отсутствие других жильцов. Тихо, спокойно. Удобное расположение, центр города.

Cons:

Номер был холодный, особенно ванная комната. Мыться было нереально из за холода. Из завтрака мы обнаружили только чайные пакетики, немного кофе, сахар и кипяток. Хотя в описании было указано, что хороший завтрак включён в стоимость.

Bonne situation. La dame est très agréable et parle français.
Nous y sommes allés 2 fois. La chambre à un grand lit au rez-de-chaussée était très bien. Par contre grosse déception pour la première chambre à l étage à cause d'un des deux matelas très inconfortable, et de très mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bains.

Cons:

La salle de bains sentait mauvais. Un des 2 matelas était très inconfortable. (Première chambre à l étage)
Attente pour petit déjeuner pas prêt à 8h.

La camera, al piano terreno, dava sul cortile interno, ed al mattino si sentivano le voci degli ospiti a tavola per la colazione all'aperto.
