Pros:

Everyone was really nice and helpful. I could check in earlier and leave my bag there after check out. The breakfast is made with love.
The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty small - but the terrace is big enough so you can hangout there.

Casa Bellavista est une bonne solution comme base pour visiter STGO
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu et de la chambre (2 au rez de chaussée), le petit déjeuner et surtout l’accueil de toute l’équipe de ce petit hôtel.
Il est très proche des nombreux restaurants du quartier (Pio Nono, Patio Bellavista).
Le quartier Providencia est sécurisé et tout s’est bien passé pour nous.

Lindo sitio en Providencia
Pros:

Es un hotel muy agradable. El desayuno es espectacular, fruta variada y fresca, un menú continental con sugerencias muy ricas. Destaco la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal, también la relación calidad/´precio. La ubicación es excelente. Barrio tranquilo. A pocas cuadras de una zona muy linda de restaurantes con mucha vida nocturna.

Stay away! Dirty and not collaborative management

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was cramped and smelled strongly of sewage (septic issues). To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty, and the towels provided were ripped and stained.

The most dangerous part was a metal piece sticking out of the bed frame, which caused a scratched leg. Because the room was nothing like the advertised photos and clearly unsanitary, we checked out immediately on the day of arrival.

Despite not staying a single night, the hotel refused a refund and charged us for three nights. They have since ignored all communication from us and from Booking.com. I am also extremely disappointed in Booking.com’s lack of support. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

O quarto é confortável e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, onde você tem a oportunidade de escolher o que gostaria de comer entre as opções disponíveis e eles preparam para você na hora. Há uma boa variedade de opções. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e me ajudou quando estive com dúvidas sobre como transitar pela cidade e pontos que poderiam ser mais perigosos.

Cons:

Por não ser em uma rua principal, a noite a rua fica bastante deserta, o que pode ocasionar um pouco de insegurança, ainda mais em quem está viajando sozinho. Por ser um hotel pequeno, quando as pessoas falam na recepção ou em outros cômodos como o pátio e a parte da frente, o som acaba indo para os quartos.
