Excelente estadía, atención, ubicación y desayuno.
Pros:

Mi estadía en Casa Bellavista fue excelente.

La ubicación es excelente: en pleno centro, con muchísimos restaurantes cerca y fácil acceso caminando o en Uber. Incluso se ven los carritos del teleférico del Cerro San Cristóbal desde el hotel, lo cual suma muchísimo.

El desayuno es un 10/10. No solo por lo rico, sino por la atención. La señora Ana y la señora Loreto fueron espectaculares, me hicieron sentir como en casa, súper consentida. El comedor es muy bonito y acogedor, y en primavera o verano tienen una terraza espectacular para desayunar con sombrillas y lindas vistas. Además, si vas a salir antes de que inicie la hora del desayuno, puedes dejar el desayuno pedido y te preparan una bolsita muy completa, lo cual me pareció un detalle increíble.

Las habitaciones y baños están impecables, muy limpios, bonitos y bien mantenidos. La recepción es 24 horas y también me guardaron las maletas sin ningún problema después del check-out, lo cual agradezco mucho. Gracias David por eso y por tu excelente atención en todo momento.

Cons:

Desde el inicio de mi estadía pedí de forma expresa y reiterada que no quería servicio de limpieza en mi habitación. Sin embargo, en algún momento, pese a esa instrucción clara, el personal ingresó igualmente. Esto me generó una gran molestia, ya que había organizado mis pertenencias a mi manera y esperaba que se respetara mi solicitud.

Entiendo que pudo tratarse de un error operativo y no de una mala intención individual del personal de aseo. No obstante, considero que este tipo de situaciones no deberían ocurrir, ya que implican una vulneración a la privacidad del huésped y a instrucciones previamente establecidas. En mi opinión, el hotel debería implementar mecanismos claros y visibles, como señalización de “Do Not Disturb” o protocolos más estrictos de comunicación interna, para evitar este tipo de fallas. Son detalles que pueden parecer menores, pero que inciden directamente en la percepción de seguridad, respeto y confianza durante la estadía.

Localização interessante
Pros:

Localizado em um casarão em uma área charmosa e animada da cidade. Bom café da manhã servido à mesa.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são bastante ruins - deveriam ser trocados. E para quem reservar o quarto single, atentar-se que é bem pequeno , tanto obquarto como o banheiro.
