Pros:

Location is good but not easy to find even I was a local people before.Room facilities was bad,limited toilet roll and never refill,towel never change,smelly drain water all night which made me can’t sleep well.
Staff is not enough and no one at the service desk most of the time I have to shout quiet loudly to find them.
Not keep hygiene for the items, I found they put clean towels on the floor when setting the room.there is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea.
Sooo...disappointed
