Overall is fine, like I mentioned earlier, I don’t think the staff at front desk is professional and friendly.
Pros:

The location is good, close to everywhere

Cons:

The man in the front desk at 57 floor is unfriendly and I would say he doesn’t like his job. When I ask him questions he literally rolling his eyes and looks at me like why you even ask. I would recommend the hotel getting better training on the staff to treat people nicely

Pros:

가구나 벽지 부분은 약간 낡은감이 있지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다.
냄새가 나지 않고 청소도 매일 실시 하였습니다.
침구류는 사용하기에 쾌적 했으며 욕조가 있어 휴식에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 1층에서 로비가 있는 57층까지 이용하는 엘리베이터와 로비에서 숙소까지 이용하는 엘리베이터가 다릅니다.
조식은 로비가 있는 57층에서 이용 가능합니다.
바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있어 식사하기에 매우 편리합니다.

Pros:

We have had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. It sits right in the downtown of Zhenjiang and has a shopping mall attaching to it. The view from the room is amazing -- though we didn't book the river view room, we can still see a good amount of the Yangzi River. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet, both are good. The room is quiet and clean. It also has a free gym, sauna, and free garage parking. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

We will definitely stay here for future trips to Zhenjiang
Pros:

We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, especially after having stayed in many other branded properties in China over the years and being disappointed in the cleanliness standards. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable.

The view was great, since all of the hotel rooms are on floors above level 57.

Excellent location in the middle of Zhenjiang. Right next door to a mall and supermarket. Also great was the street of street food just diagonally across from the hotel.

Cons:

Wish there was more storage space in the room.

Some of the receptionists were unpleasant, but others were very helpful.

Great location, easy to enjoy meals in shopping malls or roadside restaurants.
The view was quite nice at night.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There’s a smell upon entering the room. After using the air conditioner, everything is fine.
