I reserved and paid for a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. The next day I received an email that stated that room was not available and would it be alright to put me in a handicap accessible room with walk in shower. I emailed back that it would be okay and we could make it work. I checked into the hotel late in evening, get to the room, and there was a very small bathtub (not even walk in shower). It was very late and my husband was schedule to be at hospital at 5 am for surgery so I didn’t have time or energy to argue and try to change rooms. Very disappointing.

I had an issue with our first room. There was a leak. We were immediately moved to another room with no issue. The rooms are very nice, spacious & cozy. There are also many dining and retail options within walking distance.

Super clean, staff incredibly friendly and professional, workout room had new equipment, the breakfast area was nice and food was good. The manager serving breakfast was extremely polite and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. Great place!
