AWESOME Staff , perfect stay!
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, room was great and not noisy at all ( was not close to the terrace) but best of all was the staff. The staff was very professional and super kind! They were trying to help us with every single detail! The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 stars ( I would give it a 6th)

Lovely suite with hot tub that we were upgraded too as the pool was shut even though I had booked the hotel because it had a pool

Great hotel, great service
Pros:

Inrerior, the rooftop bar; we stayed in the junior suite. It was very comfortable, nice furnished with great sellection of beverages in mini bar; upon arrival, we are welcomed by two delicios cakes in the room and before we left the stuff left another two desserts and a farewell message. The room was made twice a day. And Pablo from the reception is an extraordinary guy.

In short - my sentence would be ..... "perfect" .....
Pros:

Great location near the river. Walking distance to most tourist attractions and bars/restaurants etc. We had a lovely big room with desk, sofa, large four poster bed, kettle etc. etc. Dinner in the restaurant which is just over the road was so good and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast is tip top - lots of choice at the buffet PLUS a menu to choose from too brought to you by such lovely waiters/waitresses. Coffee was smooth and a great start to the day. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place to enjoy the fabulous City that is Seville.

Cons:

Lighting was not good in room/bathroom - wished it had an option to be brighter for doing make up and hair !!

Pros:

Das Frühstück und insbesondere das wunderschöne Ambiente im Früstücksrestaurant hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend.

Great short sharp trip

Room, bathroom were great, staff at breakfast were super friendly and were the staff at reception. Actually all staff were great but…..
