The fact they don't tell you that you pay on leaving so if your exchange rate is different you end up paying more money than your original booking. Then when you ask why you are met with the attitude of this isn't my problem and it's policy.

El Hotel es espectacular! Solo llegar te reciben muy cordial, en la recepción El chico y la chica son muy atentos a que todo este acomodamiento. Todo el personal del hotel y restaurante se comportaron excelente en todo.
Nuestra instancia fue de lo mejores sitios que hemos estado en Sevilla. La localización es perfecta para cualquier dirección.

Amazing Hotel 10/10
Pros:

It is very difficult to say anything about this hotel as everything was exceptional. This has to be one of the very best hotels in Seville, attention to detail and the attentiveness of the staff make this a truly magical place to stay.

Cons:

The only down point is the rooftop terrace bar get incredibly busy and is clearly a spot that people come to because of the view. However there should be priority for hotel guests to shortcut the queues to be able to go to a designated area to be able to fast track and get a drink.
