We spent a truly memorable week, making the most of the mountains, activities and excellent food.
Pros:

We loved this facility. Staff was extremely helpful, the food was excellent, abundant and varied. Local produce was always featured. The young chef is of exceptional talent. We enjoyed the included activities, including, the hikes, Tai Chi, Yoga and other sessions. We also made extensive use of the spa and massaging facilities. The pools views are staggering! We would like to go back next year!

Cons:

Hard to think of something that we did not enjoy!

Pros:

We had a fantastic Christmas break in the most gorgeous surroundings. Thank you so much for looking after us - what an incredible team you are. Food was exceptional with wine and cocktails. The pool was really special and I still dream about forest spa. We will be back in 2026.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I would have liked to be able to switch our table at breakfast and dinner - just for variety.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und gutes Mittagessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sogar Kaffee wurde uns angeboten und gebracht. Das Abendessen war etwas knapp portioniert, ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Portionen beim Abendessen waren sehr klein, sodass man viel Brot essen musste, um satt zu werden. Außerdem wurde das Abendessen etwas spät serviert.

Es war ein wunderschönes, modernes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Mittagsbuffet war hervorragend und das Abendessen besonders fein zubereitet. Zudem gab es stets alternative Gerichte, falls einem etwas nicht zusagte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

La qualità del cibo, con prodotti locali ottimi ma anche selezioni estere tipiche di uno stellato
La selezione di vini e delle bevande analcoliche ( i miei genitori non bevono alcol ed è stato per loro possibile usufruire sia di ottime bevande analcoliche preparate al momento sia di birre e prosecco analcolici).
Inoltre siamo soggetti allergici e il personale ha avuto estrema cura e accortezza per noi.
La pulizia di ogni spazio, dalle camere ai luoghi comuni, è a dir poco impeccabile

Cons:

Valuterei la possibilità di inserire nella aree comuni un cartello che specifica di non lasciare i propri teli su letti e lettini e tenerli occupati tutta la giornata anche se le persone non sono presenti. Ovviamente la struttura non centra, è colpa della maleducazione delle persone.

Staff gentilissimo che ci ha accolto subito con il sorriso e ci ha permesso di vivere una bellissima esperienza. Stanze ampie, curate e pulitissime. Spa molto carina e ben attrezzata. Un plauso speciale alla cucina che non ha niente da invidiare a ristoranti stellati. Si mangia davvero divinamente. Ci torneremo sicuramente
