Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, bequeme Betten, super Verpflegung, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in den Pool ist für ältere Leute etwas beschwerlich. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns allen gefallen.
Pros:

Alle waren freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, das sind die Liegen im Ruheraum. Von jede Bewegung knarrten sie und es war zu laut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das ist leider überall ersichtlich, Zimmer sehr klein, Möbel abgenutzt und nicht richtig sauber. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam und auch nicht kundenorientiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfasst eine grosse Auswahl, jedoch nicht aufmerksam gepflegt, z.B. waren die Spiegeleier und das Rührei abgestanden und nicht geniessbar (Morgens um 8.30Uhr)
