Central location and friendly staffs.
Pros:

Property at the central of hanoi. Lot happening around. We loved the walks around. Very friendly staffs. Lift access.

Cons:

Smaller space however nothing complain with this price. We had pleasant short stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement etait super, dans une petite ruelle à quelques mètres des centres d’intérêts. Le personnel y etait très sympathique.
La chambre etait correcte mais ne ressemblait pas aux photos booking…

Cons:

Un petit déjeuner est mentionné sur booking avec photos + points forts de l’hotel, a notre arrivée rien de tout ça..

Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I was expecting a room with a window, bathroom needs to be renovated and the bed need to be change.

We stayed only because our family was staying there. All in all we felt it was too expensive for the price
Pros:

The location of the property is amazing. It’s centrally located and is walking distance from all major attractions in Old Quarter

Cons:

The standard delux room was very small with barely enough space to walk around. The bathroom had a bad smell, the staff took care of it once we complained by the smell came back in a few hours. The lobby was cement bags and there was drilling noise from 8am in the morning. There was also a power cut with no generator for 2 hours.
The other rooms also had smelly bathrooms but the rooms were bigger.

Grotty dump of a place.

Cons:

The rooms were small, smelly and unclean with condensation stains on the walls, blood? stains on the sheets and rank, yellow pillows. The airconditioning did not work. The bathroom was full of drain flies.

Needless to say, we tried to immediately check out but were still charged for the night.
There are nicer, cleaner hotels nearby at a better price. It's not cheap but it is awful.

Pros:

The staffs were really kind and so helpful. The location was pretty good, nice cafes and food places near the hotel, 10-15 mins walk to the old quarter area. Very busy and energetic during the day and lots to see for tourists, but quiet at night which was nice.

Cons:

The hot water didn't come out from our shower at first. But as soon as they saw the problem, they gave us a new room!
