Great value, amazing location. Highly recommend
Pros:

Honestly, really suprised me how good it was. Price was great, room was well equipped and comfortable. Sofa bed was great for the kid and the location was amazing. Staff were really friendly, helpful and flexible.

Cons:

Perhaps an HDMI input for the tv. But I had to really think about it to find anything.

Lovely and clean, good kitchen, very friendly staff, not quite on the waterfront as described.
Pros:

Lovely and clean, well equipt kitchen, 2 bedding packs for the sofa bed which was a good addition
Staff were very accommodating and friendly, lovely hotel.

Cons:

Hotel is described as on the waterfront, although only 5 mins from the water, it’s behind some buildings on a small closed in road not on the water front and you cannot see the water from the hotel

Would book again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Room was so well appointed even with mini dishwasher and coffee pod machine. Would definitely book again. Reception was extremely helpful, coffee shop had vending machine for late night requirements. There was no noise, 2 comfortable beds and crockery. I think it would be perfect for a tourist stay when one eats out a lot but still need a base for in between meals.

There was honestly nothing negative even if I think hard - and I am well travelled!

Liverpool - June 2026
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a basic selection but more than enough to start the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

Air conditioning stopped working after a while of being on, even when we switched it off then back on again. Not a deal breaker but it was roasting during our stay so the air con was needed.
