A perfect stay as always
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times now and i have never had a bad experience here, I visit liverpool at least once a year and I won't stay anywhere else I don't feel the need to look for another hotel anymore before finding this hotel I had some really bad experiences in other hotels in liverpool mainly due to dirty beds and noise this hotel doesn't tolerate noisy guests I know this because I have seen security dealing with some before and the room is properly cleaned for the next guests we pay good money to stay at a hotel in liverpool and that's how your hotel should be

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, the view across the city from up on the 8th floor was breathtaking, everything spotlessly clean, staff absolutely lovely, well equipped kitchen, the single most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could've been a bit higher, seemed even worse after staff exchanged it mid-stay.

We had a great time. Check-in/out was easy and the staff were lovely.
Pros:

We were able to book a disabled access room for 3 people. The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchenette.

Cons:

As a disabled room the bed was too high for transferring over from a wheelchair. This would be a big problem for someone travelling alone or was too heavy to be lifted by a carer.

Great place to stay. Clean (small rooms) but everything you need and staff were fabulous!
Pros:

The location was fantastic very close to the waterfront, Albert dock and public transport. Lots of cool places to eat and drink.
