Apartment had everything you would need for your stay,attention to detail,staff on desk helpful and proffesional ,polite

4th floor bathroom plumbing issue bad aroma in the bathroom seems to be in afternoons

I just wanted to reiterate my thank you to the staff for the fabulous stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed literally everything. Friendliest staff and amazing facilities. Everything just perfect. We even had an unexpected upgrade which was a lovely surprise.

Location. Room size. Early check-in

Cons:

Room was very dusty. Visible thick on dark wood furniture. Wouldn't bother but noticed it from a distance. Room otherwise fine. Just needed a dust or wipe with a wet cloth.

Sensor lights in hallways difficult to activate and corridor pitch black. Scary as loan female. Would be better if sensor at least lit the whole hall rather than sections. Can't see if anyone is there. Had to stop and wave and wait in pitch black half way up hallway. Hotel very nice otherwise.
