作为五星级酒店客房垃圾桶竟然会套塑料袋。
22:00后就没有餐食了

Pros:

The location was close to everything i wanted to see and had great valet service. The breakfast catered to international travelers and there was pleantly of room for large groups of people. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and had a bathtub which was great for soaking in after a long day of sightseeing, also the shower was in a seperate location.

Pros:

I have stayed here before and was very impressed. This time was almost as good. The room I had showed more wear and tear likely because I booked late and the hotel only had a few rooms left at the standard level. The staff were excellent and catered to my every need. I will stay again.

Convenient but Dated Luxury Hotel Downtown Hefei
Pros:

The location of the Intercontinental Hefei is very central, nerby the lake.
It's a luxuty Hotel but the style betrays its age with a marked 80ies air, and cold tones and lights.

Reception Staff is very friendly and room confortable, although a little dated.

I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Any small issues that did arise were handled immediately. The food whether in the restaurant, buffet, or room service were all very good. I will be back to stay at your hotel again.

Well located next to the Swan Lake, and the room is spacious, nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the intercontinental hotel in Hefei.
