Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Brilliant stay, very welcoming and toddler friendly
Pros:

Loved our stay with you. We came with our 20 month year old daughter and everybody was so welcoming & accommodating. Cot was all set up on arrival. Pool area was fab but it could be warmer and weather could have been better to use it more (not your fault). Only negative was our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days so we had to ask for a few things at reception. Also, breakfast choice could be a bit wider with a bigger fruit platter, more drinks other than orange juice and more options for children. Overall we loved it, thank you! Hopefully be back soon

Wunderschönes Hotel mit exklusivem Feeling
Pros:

Super schöne Zimmer mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Die Pool-Area ist gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Leider waren wir in der Übergangssaison, weshalb die Heizung/Klima noch auf 24 Grad eingestellt war und leider nicht individuell angepasst werden konnte. Es war deshalb viel zu warm in den Zimmern am Abend.

Ein Ort um runter zu kommen und die Zeit zu genießen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück, die Ausstattung und auch das Personal sind einfach klasse. Ich persönlich finde auch, dass alle anderen Hotelgäste einfach freundlich und nett sind, was wir in anderen Hotels schon anders erlebt haben.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel bereits das zweite mal besucht. Ein paar kleine Mängel könnten/sollten abgestellt werden. Wenn die Haken im Badezimmer aus der Wand gerissen sind, sollten diese auch wieder ordentlich befestigt werden. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, fallen aber ins Auge.
Eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber ist derzeit leider nicht optimal, das vor allem Lärm, durch den Abbruch zu hören ist. Das Hotel kann aber nichts dafür.

Ein Kurztrip aus Pollença nach Portocolom, es fühlte sich an wie eine Woche Traumurlaub. Wir kommen wieder, wahrscheinlich nach dem Sommer…

Todo, decoración, limpieza, restaurante, desayuno y personal muy encantador.

Cons:

Que no estaba sincronizado el aire acondicionado aún, estaba con calefacción y por las noches hacía mucho calor, había que dormir con la puerta abierta del balcón.
