Pros:

Nice room , nice balcony, nice pool, clean modern hotel and reception .Great staff - helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

It's the little things - the description of the hotel as a beach front hotel is a bit misleading. The shore , across a busy road, was not sandy at all - the beach consisted of rock, gravel and , in some areas, hardcore. The setting was nice but there wasnt a sandy beach.
A more extensive range of fruit at breakfast would be welcome.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Tolle Lage nah zum Wasser und der vielen Restaurants. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gefunden- kostenlos. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft. Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück und mega freundliches Personal. Hatten eine kleine Terrasse nach hinten

Cons:

Es war etwas dunkel im Zimmer. Das Licht könnte etwas heller sein.

Beautiful and friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, boutique hotel in a perfect location. We loved Portocolom! Walking distance to many very good restaurants, and easy to drive to amazing beaches. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and the hotel restaurant (for dinner) was very good. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely come again.

Cons:

It is a little pricey for the size of the room.

Our stay could not have been better, the hotel restaurant was delicious! All in all we want to come back!
Pros:

The location was gorgeous with our harbor views, and hotel decor is so fitting, staff was so friendly and helpful as well as accommodating.

Mooiste en fijnste hotel op de juiste plek in Portocolom
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, mooie uitstraling en prachtig interieur. Ontzettend aardig personeel! Vooral de receptie was heel vriendelijk! De ligging is top, heel veel restaurants op loopafstand en het Cala Marçal strand op 5 min met de auto! Een drankje savonds buiten (in het raam bankje) met uitzicht op zee was perfect!

Cons:

Alleen een Tip: misschien iets meer personeel bij het ontbijt! De dames hadden geen tijd om bij je aan tafel te komen om koffie/ thee of iets van de menu kaart op te nemen. Je moest zelf naar iemand toe om het door te geven. En dan werd het vaak vergeten omdat de meiden het erg druk hadden met tafels afruimen en uitserveren. De bakken waren vaak leeg, er werd vaak te laat aangevuld! Dat vind ik jammer. Verder een top hotel!!!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit sehr gutem Personal und Ausstattung

Sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, hervorragendes a la carte Frühstück. Beste Crêpes und Eierspeisen, die wir in einem Hotel bekommen haben. Regendusche.

Cons:

Die Standard Zimmer sind recht klein. Die Tür zur Toilette ist nicht abschließend. Zimmer zur Seite in Richtung einer Mauer. Liegen wurden teilweise schon beim Frühstück „reserviert“, sollte unterbunden werden.

Overall een leuk verblijf gehad hier!
Pros:

De view in de kamer met zeezicht was een hoogtepuntje van mijn reisje naar mallorca!
Mooie locatie van het hotel.
Verblijf was gerieflijk.
Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was ok, niet top, maar ok.
Bed in kamer met jacuzzi was zalig, in kamer met zeezicht harde matras (niet zo goed geslapen helaas).
Ouders verbleven in een andere kamer (op de begane grond), vonden het hier vochtig aanvoelen (de matras).

Toller Urlaub in einem 5-Sterne Relaxhotel
Pros:

Ein tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel in Portocolom. Sehr schöne Zimmer im Boho-Style.
Das Frühstück ist klasse, teils in Buffetform mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Kaffeegetränke, Eierspeisen (inc. Egg-Benedict) oder leckere Crepes werden kostenfrei an den Tisch gebracht.

PS: Selten so einen freundlichen und charmanten Hotelmanager erlebt, obendrein ist er sehr witzig und charmant.
