Pros:

L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre et le cadre d’une façon générale sont très bien.

Cons:

L’accueil, la personne le jour de notre arrivée n’était pas du tout agréable ! Le soir même, le vigile nous a blâmé à la limite de l’impolitesse car nous n’avions pas l’autorisation d’entrer alors que la personne à l’accueil nous avait simplement rien dit lors de notre arrivée quelques heures plus tôt.
Le bruit, un bruit de moteur ou autre tout les jours a 5h00 du matin, pour les lèves tard s’est impossible.
Le ménage, laisse un peu à désirer, de plus le ménage a 16h00 n’était toujours pas terminé alors que nous étions partir depuis 8h00 le matin..
Au vu du standing qu’ils s’imposent, il y a beaucoup de chose à revoir.

Séjour agréable mais un peu déçu quand même.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus ; un panier était déposé tous les matins devant la porte de la chambre avec un jus de fruit, une pomme, et un croissant.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un lit supplémentaire pour un enfant de 3 ans et nous ne l'avons pas obtenu. Je l'ai demandé le deuxième jour, ils nous ont répondu qu'il serait mis dans la chambre mais ça n'a jamais été fait. La piscine a été fermée sans avoir été informés, pendant 24h00.

Well worth a visit, old school elegance. The lack of a restaurant in the hotel was a shame but not a problem. The breakfast hamper delivered to the room was a nice touch but very mediocre.
