Sincere Residence Changfeng

For school purpose, I stayed 3 months in the residence. The price is a bit high per month but the room are well clean and the cleaning service come twice a week. In addition, the room are well designed and the staff are very nice but they doesn’t speak English which is a huge issue for internationals. The breakfast isn’t that good though I recommend to go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons that are in front of the hotel. The trains station is two minutes away from the hotel and it is the very easy to take the metro there. Otherwise, Shanghai is a place see once in a life as is very different than any other country. The adaptation could very hard a the beginning but it is worth it. In addition, Shanghai is beautiful place to see in Christmas time as they have many Christmas market especially the one at the bund. I recommend the residence even though it is a bit expensive.

Best aircon cooling I have ever experienced in all my pass 100 hotel stays. The serviced apartment is spacious with in room washer, cooking and microwave. The downside is the place does start showing its age, some detail to attention and cleanness could be improved. The sofa in our room has literally got no cusioning. Everything else is good. It is good place for a family stay.

Terrible experience!

My company rent this hotel for me for few months stay, rent is not cheap, RMB 14000 per month, but services is very Chinese local style, reception basically has no smile never say hello, everyday got mail from reception is a nightmare.

WiFi is good only in the dinning room, bedroom and toilet can’t use.

They turned off cold air conditioning in mid of Oct while the weather is still not cold yet, my room temperature basically 35°C every day. I go to reception and complaint, they said the whole building turned cold air con off, and there’s no way to change the situation. I asked the other roommate do they share the same feeling they say yeah is fxxking hot! I don’t understand what is the logic behind this action because we are not in winter yet, I paid for my rent but I’m toasted in my room and no one has any interest to solve my problem, this is horrible! I couldn’t sleep at night because of too hot! I reached out to the sales who make our contract is already resigned. I couldn’t find a manager here……speechless

I am suffering everyday and very upset. This hotel ruin my impression for Shanghai. Thank you so much!!

BTW this hotel got awarded by booking.com! I bet they paid for it, I will never trust booking.com from now on.

Everything about staying here was great. Staff were super professional, breakfast buffet was tasty usually, staff were very attentive, highly recommend this hotel.
