Nice area far away from main roads.
Property and rooms were very clean. There isnt a reception area but there was always someone on the property to help. Breakfast is strongly recommended.
Nos encanto el lugar, sus vistas, la privacidad y sobre todo la terraza exclusiva en la parte de arriba de tu habitación donde puedes disfrutar del cielo estrellado y de la luna tomando un rico vino de la región
El lugar está increíble, único para una escapada romántica, mi pareja y yo lo disfrutamos muchísimo y el personal súper amable
1. Sacaron la reserva de hoteles para que les pagáramos allá.
2. Cero valor por $$
3. Tenia polvo en el cuarto
4. La puerta del cuarto se atoraba para cerrarse.
5. La alberca estaba congelada
6. Pésimo trato
7. Nos recibieron y no sabían ni nuestro cuarto ni la clave para entrar, nos dieron la clave de otro cuarto.
8. Ruido en las noches sin previo aviso.
9. En el check out nos estaban cobrando cosas de otro cuarto
10. Humillante check out que tuvieron que entrar al cuarto de cada inquilino para contar las toallas y quitar sabanas, cero profesional
11. Nos pidieron 1000 pesos de deposito llegando al hotel
Enjoyed our stay at the property. Surrounding vineyards and having the pool directly outside of our room made it a great experience. Would recommend coming back.

Property was nice it is all dirt road so do not come in a washed clean car.We were good with the service at first.they were able to change rooms for us as the first one was a little far.Second room closer to where we were park long story short there was no hot water for a shower after using the pool.I called to let them know no hot water I was told someone from maintenance would be over they never showed up no one at the front desk answers the phone so disappointing.

Las Terrazas que tienen las habitaciones están geniales y el Jacuzzi por la noche de lo más agusto. Nos falto utilizar el fogatero pero para otra visita será. Sobre las habitaciones nos encanto que están separadas unas de otras y por dentro súper elegantes y agradables....La verdad nos encantó!!

Jacuzzie está súper y el hecho de que tu habitación tenga una terraza en la parte de arriba hace que valga cada centavo
