Pros:

The staff provided excellent and prompt support during the entire stay. It will definitely stay there again the next time am at capadocia

Pros:

booked a room for three people. At the entrance, it turned out that inside the room there is a strong smell of mold. The hotel staff said that they do not care that we are uncomfortable and we can move out, but they will not return the money. Also in the room for three people, there were very uncomfortable mattresses. Very disappointed with the hotel. Highly not recommend

Pros:

Was staying in another hotel for 5 days, was fully packed and couldn’t extend our stay at that hotel and just wanted to stay nearby, so checked in next door. Unfortunately, no water running since the day we checked in, no drinking water, no working channel, we had to leave and check in into another hotel just to take a shower, brush our teeth. We left the hotel the same day, went back just to take our luggages the next day, we called Expedia, they said they’d help but instead the hotel owners said we stayed there and left just an hour ago, and haven’t heard from Expedia ever since. Didn’t get no help, no refund, nothing. Super worse experience.

Really nice clean hotel. No hot water for 2 times wanted shower but sure will be fixed

Pros:

Suzie the owner is personable and gracious. Breakfasts were wonderful. Room was large and clean. Location on the edge of town provided some relief from the tourist zoo. Best of all, I got over 200 photo's of the hot air balloons from the top floor balcony. it was a great experience
