Pros:

Super hotel, bien situé. Personnel très sympatique ! Très bon petit dejeuner. Nous sommes venus avec notre labrador d'un an, c'était notre première expérience à l'hotel avec lui et tout s'est très bien passé.

Es ist schade, dass das Spa im Preis nicht inbegriffen ist. Beim letzten Besuch hatten wir ein kleineres und günstigeres Zimmer gebucht, und bei diesem Zimmer war das Spa inklusive. Für Kunden sind diese Regeln nicht nachvollziehbar. Schade.

Alles war perfekt!
Pros:

Wir haben unsere Flittertage in Flims verbracht und es hätte besser nicht sein können. Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr kurzweiliger Aufenthalt dank Kino, Siele im Foyer, SPA, gute Lage sowie äusserst freundliches Personal, sehr liebe handgeschriebene Karte und Hochzeitsgeschenk (SPA) - rundum einfach perfekt.

Beautiful Rooms, Fantastic location, everything you could need.
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is ideal, with the bus stop right out the front and the supermarket next door. Not to mention the FlemXpress is also next door. We will absolutely be back to this beautiful hotel! The buffet breakfast was fantastic!

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist an einem Ort: Coop, Seilbahn, Schlafzimmer, Veloservice, Bar, Kiosk, Veloraum und Ladestationen – das ist äusserst praktisch.

Von dort aus lassen sich viele Ausflüge direkt starten, zum Beispiel zum Pinut-Klettersteig, mit dem FlemXpress oder zum Caumasee. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal und wir konnten alles problemlos erreichen.

Insgesamt war alles tipptopp: Die Unterkunft war angenehm, das Angebot überzeugend und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass die Ferien insgesamt ziemlich ins Geld gehen. Bei uns kosteten zwei Zimmer rund CHF 850, vier Tageskarten etwa CHF 200 und das Nachtessen rund CHF 300. Dazu kommen weitere Ausgaben wie Zwischenverpflegung und andere Aktivitäten. Die Qualität stimmt, aber günstige Ferien sind es definitiv nicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es bei diesem Preis erwartet hätten. Zudem war die Minibar in unserem Zimmer defekt.⅝

Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel sehr stark ausgelastet. Dadurch war der Lärmpegel im Innenbereich recht hoch, sodass ein gemütliches Abendessen drinnen kaum möglich war. Auch an der Bar war aufgrund des Public Viewings kein freier Platz mehr zu finden.
