My stay was too short
Everything is great. This is a very nice hotel. The problem I had is that the internet was not working well enough for video calls (or even for audio calls). The internet really was not working well with high latency, low bandwidth, and long pauses of zero bandwidth. It really needs to be fixed.

This hotel is amazing. Service is outstanding. We were treated like royalty. The food is amazing. The drinks are very good and creative Jamaica and sotol is very good make sure you order that. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are remodeled and modern even though this was a traditional chihuahua home.
Make sure to stay here - it’s a must !

Upon arrival the check in staff were most welcoming! They explained the times for meals at the restaurant. The continental breakfast was delicious! Not your average fruit cup and regular juice. They really made it delicious and gorgeous. The breakfast meals that are separate were amazing! The food was so good we ended up eating there once more for breakfast and another time for dinner. The staff are so friendly and take pride in their jobs. The appetizers were some of the best highly recommend the Gouda and ham croquetas. Also the drink options were amazing as well. Beds were great! Slept amazing and the rooms are very well taken care of. Very clean and ac worked perfect! The rooms are spacious and have a personal feel to them unlike chain hotels. Will definitely be staying here on our future trips. The staff at the restaurant are some of the best I have ever had. They made it such a great stay on top of everything.

Highly recommend this place. It is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and very nice. The food and drinks are delicious, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!! Would not consider staying anywhere else in Chihuahua next time.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and polite, and it was easy to communicate with my limited command of Spanish. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast I ate there was absolutely delicious.
